TN tornado @ Dollywood has an on-ride video system. Not sure if it is the same "company" but I know you can purchase your on-ride video like you would an on-ride picture.

I would like to check the park myself, but there is no way I will pay 45 bucks! I think the free admission and a wristband would be the best option for them at this time. If they can get as many people in as possible... then more money will be spent on food and merchandise. Then the word will spread and more visitors would be coming ready to have an affordable good time.

^ I would have to agree.... I love fairs and love flat rides, but I have never seen anything like this in the U.S.... I def could stand to visit this German fair! :0)

^ You make a great point. I would love to check out the new HP area at IOA when it opens..., but think of all the readers and fans of HP... you KNOW they will ALL be making a trek down to Orlando! IOA will probably see some record attendance after HP opens.... that makes me want to wait a year to two to visit.... I have seen IOA on wicked busy days.... I could imaging IOA on a wicked HP busy day! LOL..... Could you imagine the lines!?

Hmmmm... this seems to sound like it will have more of a "Snake" name/theme? With Kings Island "Striking back?" Also with the promo of a "tonic" to cure....

Well that is cool Hector.... NYC and SFGAdv sounds pretty fun! I would love to go myself. Next year I am going to try to hit many more parks than this year.... Trying to plan vaca more around more parks. I think coasterbear30, coasterfreak80, and I are going to try to hit 5 or so parks in one run in the Spring.... all around the Ohio area. Holiday World, SFKK, CP, KI, and Beech Bend! Then of course we have our home parks SFOG and DW! Anyway Happy early B-day.... it should be awesome.... Mine was awesome going to DW and spending quality time with my family!

Nice to get an update from you Hector! I am just finishing up a camping trip with my mom and dad... they "sent" me to Dollywood for my bday... and I finally got to ride Thunderhead and Myster Mine which were both totally awesome! :0) Can't wait for you to head my way. I upgraded my day ticket to a season pass for DW.... so if you ever come this way I can get you a little bit of a discount on a ticket. :0)

I think I could almost make this one! I had already planned a vaca day 08-15.... Just FYI for anyone close to my area.... cheap round trip flights from Knoxville or Nashville to PA are about 187 bucks.... and then 52 bucks for the TPR day.... not too bad. ANOTHER QUESTION.... Would there possibly be a hotel discount to stay where other TPR members are staying?

I am actually going with my parents camping next week and should be going to DW either the 23rd or 24th! It has been quite a few years since my last visit. Before Thunderhead and MM.... I am sooo excited to finally go and get those credit and to experience the awesome DW! :0)

The DVD your asking for is actually the only DVD I have purchased so far. I could make you a copy of mine and then bring it to you when we meet up @ SFOG. That would save Robb shipping.... That really sux about the break-in. I'm sure that makes you feel safe and comfy in your own home.

Okay so it does appear the 2nd restricted fencing would keep guests that are in the queue line away from the coaster as they would already be within the perimeter fencing. The perimeter fencing is obviously a fence to not be crossed as someone would be trespassing and the entrance would need to be used whether they have paid admission already or just first entering the park. If I am not mistakened there is only the perimeter fencing around the Mindbender, but correct me if I'm wrong. The Mindbender has a low spot close to the parking lot which would be the 2nd loop which is surrounded by a small amount of water, but could still be accessible by someone who might stumble on or across the track and be hit by a train.

Just had my first trip to KI yesterday. I had a really good day. It seemed pretty crowded as I probably waited an hour for Fire Hawk. I actually liked Fire Hawk better than a B&M flyer. I really enjoyed the Beast and I was quite disappointed with SOB. The Beast was pretty awesome and the night ride was unbelieveable! The Beast was quite a bumpy ride, but not painful and didn't give me a headache. SOB jarred my brain so bad.... a very uncomfortable feeling. It was not that rough on my body as I expected. Most of the coasters were pretty rough and not that enjoyable except for the Beast and Backlot Stunt Coaster. I really liked the Crypt, but not happy that the animatronic bat monster thing was not working. Did they break it already or just not running it for some reason? Overall I was pretty pleased with the park. I didn't get to take any pix as it was pretty crowded and I didn't think I would get to ride everything and was leaving as the park was closing.

Just rode them both for the first time yesterday! HANDS DOWN: The Beast! SOB... was a S... O... B.... It wasn't that rough on the body... but my brain rattled in my head so bad.... I did not like that feeling at all.... It was not enjoyable to me... The Beast is now my fav woodie.... I rode it 2xs.... the first blew me away... and then the night ride was the best coaster ride I have ever experienced. SERIOUSLY.

Holy cow! I just rode The Beast at KI for the first time yesterday! Awesome tunnel! I thought the train was rolling over as soon as it goes into that last tunnel! Oh and at night.... pretty terrifying.... I thought I would die.

Yes... the backward part looks like it would be pretty fun! You so make me want to get out of this town and ride a coaster! :0) Actually I will be going out of town 06-13... visiting friends in Ohio! Probably going to KI or CP.... Want to come Hector?! :0)

Your welcome... Oh and now SFOG is back on for me.... so I might see you there... I think you can get all those in on a Friday. Just try to get there right at opening time and you might want to go to Goliath or Superman first... b/c to me those could have long wait or with Superman break down... I have gotten all of those on all my visits this year so far... except for Superman last weekend, due to the breakdown.

I actually will be going there for the first time in about 2 weeks... and I haven't even heard of a hidden NIN logo?! Very interesting. I will so have to check that out and get a pic of it. So why would KI have a hidden NIN logo? Did it have something to do with Paramount? Very cool though... thanks for that tid bit! :0) I am excited to see that at the park.
