It's convoluted, but I managed to get to the QQ pricing for the summer just now. You first need to add a ticket to your cart, then go to the cart, and towards the bottom of that screen you should see a normal QQ option. Right now it's showing $90for Fridays, $100 for Saturdays, and $90 for Sundays in early June.

Personally, I would prefer an empty space. Every Zamperla ride I've ever ridden has had horribly uncomfortable seats/restraints.

If you watch the video in the blog post that I linked, the constuction manager confirms that there will be re-profiling on the drop and some turns. You don't need to rely on some YouTuber who posts everything for clicks.

I presume you mean a BGT/SWO two-park ticket. If that's the case, yes I bought one back in 2021 through TicketsatWork.com. I don't recall if there was a restriction on using them the same day, but I do know that there was only one printout/barcode that I used. Sorry if this doesn't help.

As someone who frequently likes the back row for the forces but does not particularly like completely not seeing where I'm going, I am not a fan. But it's not a big deal, since I can always sit in the next-to-last-row which is 99% of the time, 99% of the experience.

Side note and a question for the British members - is Jumanji for some reason a big thing over there? Like it's been almost 4 years since the last movie and I don't recall it being any sort of "major event" like the Marvel, Star Wars, or Jurassic releases.

As long I've been going to the park, which started in 2017, it has been tickets only on weekends during the June/July/August.

Everyone's favorite walk-in-time-machine in the middle of nowhere just released their operating calendar for 2023. In other news, Ride-All-Day Wristbands are up to $50 (!) purchased-online-in-advance price. Individual ride prices don't appear to have changed much from last year, but I could be wrong there.

On a more positive note, the park has posted its next update in the Grizzly "Restore the Roar" blog, and despite the obvious newness of their Digital Communications Manager, the video is quite informative. This is going to be more of a Beast-style re-tracking, with re-profiling of the first drop (steeper and longer) and other minor changes to the layout around the course. Gravity Group is doing the work with their "vertical wooden beam" track, but no news yet on new trains or not.

The B&M parts are about the right weight for a train, I would think. As to the name change, very few people outside of the internet even know that other Six Flags parks exist, let alone what rides they may have or what they're called. No one local will care about the Goliath name negatively because every other SF park has something called that. BTW, that video is horrible (like most coaster-related Youtube channels). Saying "Hey guys, here's everything I've heard as rumors...." and ".... that's everything I know for sure that's happening in 2023" about the same exact content is absolutely nonsensical. I feel dumber for having listened to it.

So basically Winterfest minus Delirium and Blue Ridge Tollway plus Apple Zapple. I'm very surprised to not see Racer 75 on this list. I wonder if the list will change as the "off-season" progresses? And though I'm too much to a clutz to ever do it, I'm glad they're continuing the ice skating.

Actually, the park is closed due to the extreme temperatures, as is every other outdoor park in the Northeast that does something for Winter. You should know better than to trust SF app reporting. Though it wouldn't surprise me for SF to completely ignore the well-being of their employees and be operating tonight.

Nah, the SFoG thread gets a normal amount of traffic compared to other threads here. This one gets so much more because every few months someone(s) come crying about how "Corporate hates us!!1!!" and "We need new major additions every year or the park is going to close!" What results is several pages of those more rational individuals logically disproving the doomsayers, and the doomsayers trying to convince everyone that they're right. It is entirely possible for parks to be profitable without a constant influx of new customers; returning customers are just as much of a profit center as new ones are. Look at any of the non-major CF parks; no major additions for years and years, yet the parks still continue to operate and draw substantial crowds. If it turns out that the cancellation of HiTP results in substantially lower season pass sales (to the point that the cost-savings from not running it doesn't outweigh the additional income from the SP sales) they'll reverse course and bring it back, as any business that is trying to make money would. (Arguments about whether Six Flags, under the current CEO, is actually a "business that is trying to make money" are better suited for the Corporate thread, since this is not the only park affected by it.) Boo-hoo that you don't get two additional months of ripping off the chain with your "this was way too cheap to begin with" Diamond Elite Membership. You are not the profit drivers for the park and never were.

I'm pretty sure Holiday World holds all the records pertaining to water coasters.

Nevermind SFoG, any of the Texas parks, Mexico, or Magic Mountain. Though if you meant "the farthest south park without HiTP," yeah you'd have a point. I think turning a profit is absolutely the point, especially for a company in SF's financial shoes.
