It's said to be a restaurant, plus *probably* some addnl. office space for the park. http://rcdb.com/id3117.htm as well as other sources rumor it to be designed as "restaurant fly through" by simply including a "fly through a restaurant". (or vice versa, whatever way you'd prefer... ) Could well be a "restaurant fly over", "restaurant drop through" or "restaurant fly by" too. Who knows? And yes, the construction site looks like a mess. Ever heard of "multitasking?" 8)

I may want to shed some "right" on this... The chief designer of mentioned "contluction company"is well reputed Dr. Hannibal Vector. His experience will guarantee a couple of true headchoppers as well as lots of bloody bruising. Marketing campaings clearly attempt to finaly establish "Togo" as another strong (and to be widely censored) four letter word! With continuing the tradition of Togo's already outrageous technology, this track's design approaches a highly improved way in "decoupling" any occurance of turns, banking and heartlining. Expect anything anywhere, right out of nowhere, and without any reason. Finally : the ride's name is rumored to be "The Absence of the Limbs" Sorry BiCoastal, i hope i did not spoil alltoo much... redunzelizer 8)

you definitely can, but the only available file format is 3DS. The 3DS object has to be placed within the "/objects" subfolder(s) of your NoLimits installation directory and eventual textures have to be at the same location as the according 3DS file itself. Neither all possible texture file formats, nor all the advanced 3DS features will be supported, but the most relevant are available though. Within the editor select menu: [scenery]/[Choose Scene Object...] and you will be able to place these within your working area. 4 colored balls around any selected object also will allow you to scale & rotate it. go experiment... 8) redunzelizer

Since one must assume that you did not ask for any permission (otherwise you would have known about "pym" and the origin) this should be considered as a kind of track theft, even if you stated it was not yours.
