  1. I would say the now-closed Williams Grove in PA. That was the day around opening, the ticket booth operator was setting up. She said she will be open soon because she was setting up. I walk towards the ticket booth to read something. Then she starts screaming at me that she wasn't open yet and she would open soon. Lady, it was like 11:00 am! It's too early to snap and break down! I almost got in my car and left.
  2. ^^Yes, do Titanic! I've been waiting for you to do it over the past like 5 seconds.
  3. ^I generally stand behind the short people. It's easy to do at TDLR. At Disney parks in America, not so easy.
  4. Universal's parking is $15, but the best part of their parking is that you park in a garage. Unless you are directed to the top level, your car is in the shade all day. When you're done theme parking, your car is cool inside and not blazingly hot if it sat out in the sun all day. If you want to enjoy a blazingly hot car interior, just park at Animal Kingdom all day.
  5. Personally, I'd do Tokyo DisneySea. It's the pinnacle of what a theme park should be.
  6. ^What if they are my Alabama relatives?
  7. I think I will take one for the team and do the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Also, I might have a lunch date at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. I should start "Barry's Unusual Experiences" and pick up on the stuff Erik misses. I have a lot of attractions where I live in SW Florida.
  8. Hmmm...perhaps Angus will give the coaster to me?
  9. People, people, people, it's so obvious...2037 is the number of churros they are giving out free at the new churro standing coming in 2012!
  10. ^I also like when the Dr. Doom Fearfall Team Members say, "We will count down from 10 to 1 and launching on 1. 10, 9, 8, 7..." Then launch! Whoosh!
  11. Actually, if you are a real credit whore and you arrive at the park before opening, head straight to Pternandon Flyers. You usually have to have a kid to ride, but at opening, the wait is usually 0 minutes. As long as the wait is 0 minutes or less, you can ride. So if you have Express passes, do Pternandon Flyers and then Forbidden Journey.
  12. I hate to admit that I have never seen one episode of Spongebob! I have been on the theme park rides, though.
  13. Don't forget to talk to the Mystic Fountain in front of the Sinbad show, or just watch kids talk to it. Kids are strangely attracted to the fountain. EDIT: If you want to cut down your wait for Forbidden Journey, do the uber-secret single riders line. It's not well marked, so ask a Team Member for its location. If you want to see the castle, do the castle tour. It beats standing an hour in line! Once, the wait for Forbidden Journey was 150 minutes. Single rider line was less than 5 minutes. Also look for single rider lines in Spiderman, Hulk, and Dr. Doom's Fearfall.
  14. ^If Nagashima Spaland helped, it would be called "Restaurant."
  15. Great photos! I love pie! I'm not big into drinking coffee, regardless of the temperature. The only time I really drink coffee is if I go out to breakfast. Come to think of it, the Golden Corral puts out beer during breakfast. I thought of grabbing a bottle the next time I'm there in the morning, just to see the expressions on people's faces.
  16. ^I hope one of the villians is the Ten-Eyed Man.
  17. Idea...Elissa goes to Fuji-Q and the group stays in the hotel. Then the earthquake will hit Fuji-Q!
  18. The ride looks neat. However, if I went on a TPR Japan trip and I had a decision of going to Fuji-Q or staying in the hotel, I'd choose the hotel.
  19. I took a friend to Busch Gardens last year and we rode Gwazi. She kept on asking, "Is the lion coming out?" and "Is the tiger coming out?"
  20. Great photos! Oddly, the Key West Aquarium reminds me of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. It has the same type of mismatched "feel" to it. I guess I need to venture to the Clearwater Aquarium as you are somehow persona non grata there.
  21. Erik, you are so Roadside America-ish.
  22. I thought the best rainy day Disney park was Epcot. Since most of the stuff is indoors, all you need to do is run from pavilion to pavilion. Magic Kingdom is pretty outstanding in the rain. I would have liked to have seen the Rainy Day Character Cavalcade.
  23. He's going to annouce that he's gay.
