No (well...just a little) Do you shave?

Saw this article in LaTimes and it seems...interesting to say the least. Musical based on Creature from the Black Lagoon Supposed to coincide with a Re-make of the original film. It sounds like Universal is putting alot into it which is good, but they haven't had the best luck with musicals (Spider-man/Beetlejuice).

No (surprisingly). Do people mistake you for being younger than actually are?

No, not really a ''sport'' guy You ever pin trade at Disney?

Universal Studios Hollywood PTR 5-31-08

Nice pics. The King Kong video has such an "aww " factor now. Must have been weird to be at the park, and the next day here there was a big fire there. That meal pass seems pretty cool, I never knew they offered that there. -

Watched Strange Wilderness last night which was SO funny . It was really late though and I was on no sleep . So if I were to watch it now it might not seem so funny .

Great update Hector, love the pics. Was missing your captions at first , but they came back in the second half . Animal Kingdom has some great theming throughout (sans the Dino-Rama), and those murals look beautiful. Even their version of "Bench: The Ride" looked pretty good.

Shawn's Worldwide Adventures! PTRs From My Travels

I really like this thread . These are great TRs of some interesting little-known parks. They seem to each have their own unique characteristics. While some of the parks looked kinda "corny" (and well...cheap), it also showed that you don't have to be Disney or some other "Major Company" in order to have a very nicely themed and beautiful looking park. Awaiting the next update... -
Wow this is really random, but I was listening to - The Muppets . Had it stuck in my head all day

E.T. was on today and I watched it with my nephew. Forgot that it's actually a really good movie .

Best and Worst Log Flumes
dino replied to gldude's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Favorite would have to be Timber Mountain Log Ride at Knott's. I always liked the idea that it was themed to an actual log flume, makes it seem old fashioned. I don't really think that there are "bad" log flumes though, just "unthemed" ones. -

Great pics. Especially the last one, looks like it would be a promotional pic for the ride. I like the caboose-looking wrought iron on the back of the train, adds a nice touch. I haven't seen to many pics of the queue, what's that like? -

Wow, it looks like you had a great time. I am so regretting not going now, guess I missed out . My brother's mad at me now cause he said it's my fault we didn't do the campout . Well, hopefully there's a next time. BTW, everyone else was thinking this when they saw this picture right...? Hidden Mickey...? -
Cool pics once again Hector. Your Captions seem to get funnier/naughtier each time . Eventually they're going to start censoring you...hehe. Look forward to seeing the Animal Kingdom pics.

Xetulul & Xocomil in Guatemala Trip Reports

Wow, great TR's. It's great to see info on parks from places that don't get much coverage here. It's very surprising to see such theming put into a park that is mainly for employees & family. Some really beautiful buildings there. It's great to see such detail put into a park that isn't one of the "major" chains. -
PTR: The Dark Knight Coaster Media Event
dino replied to FlyerACE1's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
This coaster seems like a pretty good addition for six flags. The pre-show sounds really cool, and I like the mirror effect with the clown face. I was wondering though if there were any "open" rooms on the ride. One where you can see other trains and track, or is it completely enclosed around you? -
Jakes' Disneyland Update Thread!
dino replied to ghost007jas's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I liked the Midway Mania Pics. As for "Submerged Bench: The Ride", Hilarious. No love for the DCA entrance though? I know it's not one of the best, but the California letters was one thing I always liked about it. You're so right about Corndog Castle making some of the best corndogs though. As for the "Your friends want to come out and play" comment... . Anyway cool update. -
The TOT advertisements look pretty cool, but it seems like overkill. All of the anniversary signs down main street are a bit much, but they do look really nice lit up at night. Overall great pics from a cool park, seems pretty unique among the magic kingdoms.

What's up with C3PO's leg? He have a transplant or something... Cool TR though, the only bad mark you get is for not including pics of the Hooter's girls . Oh and happy belated B-Day . -
Great pics. Cool theming inside the building for Crush's Coaster. And I love the way you can see the TOT from all angles.

Toy Story Mania: The Home Version = Hilarious ! Oh and is that "You've Got A Friend In Me" in spanish...? Nice. -
/\ oh do they have one of those "extra" scenes after the credits for Iron man? That sucks, I always wait till the credits end to see if there is anything extra. I had to leave right after Ironman finished though cause I had to be somewhere . Guess I'll have to sneek in and catch the end next time I see a movie.
