It was a button on the dash, but apparently, they fixed the problem. http://www.exoticsandluxury.com/warranty-voided-gtr-launch-control-warranty-safe Thanks to youtube and car forums.

I have heard about the GT-R, if you want to launch it, you have to disable TC. If you disable TC, you void your factory warrenty. Also, after 3 or so launches, the tranny is shot.

Most Overrated coaster?
spaceace12 replied to BlackWidow's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I imagine the Beast of 10-20 years ago was different, but with all the trims on the ride, it kills airtime and anything enjoyable. -
I got a new ride. I still have my Malibu, but it has been downgraded to occasional use until gas gets above 3 dollars a gallon. It is a 99 Jeep Cherokee, I got it for 2,000. It has 148k on it, but that is barely broke in. Some of the things I need to fix is the transfer case (needs replaced due to one setting not working {about 500 dollars}), New struts up front atleast, fix the power lock mechanical part in the drivers door and program the remote. Besides that, nothing is majorily wrong with it. 4wd still works and it sounds and runs great. Some of the things I am doing to it in the near to far future. *kayak racks (hopefully Friday) *new tires *2-3 inch suspension lift *custom front and rear bumpers *new rims (to replace the rusty ones on it) *off road lights *quick disconnects for the sway bars I don't plan on doing heavy off roading, but would like to do some light wheeling. I can't do anything until I get the transfer case fixed. IT won't go into full time 4wd mode. I can get a used transfer case for 300 and get someone to install it for 200. The only downside to this vehicle, gas mileage. I knew buying it, it didn't get the same gas mpg as my car, wasn't prepared for a 50 dollar fill up at 2.50 a gallon. I get about 19 mpg mixed driving, which isn't bad.

I could never do that....you are very brave. Little animals are easy to get off you, but those probably weigh more than I do. -

Lions, Tigers, Hairy Fruit...oh my. I don't know why, but those tiger cub pictures sorta are scary. I don't know if I could get that close. Are they tamer since they are around people all the time. And being that close to animals, a park like that would never happen here. As for the child you sponser, isn't it amazing that things we take for granted (talking on the phone to another person, going to a far away place when we want) amazing to see when others who can't normally get all excited? Great pictures. -
Holiday World Trip Help!
spaceace12 replied to PaulZ's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It can possibly be crowded, but not early in the morning. As for best seats, it depends on what you like. Raven, back seat provides nice air and front has nice views. Legend, it can be rough, depending on what you consider rough. On the air hill after the turn around, the back seat rocks. Voyage, you have to ride both front and back. Front has an awesome, smooth ride. Back seat has nice ejector air, but can be a bit rough depending on your definition of rough. I personally can ride all the coasters there without calling it rough, but I don't consider Voyage being able to re ride more than twice without a break. Others have done it 20 times in a row. If you just do things in the dry park, def. do able in a day. If you do the water park, it can be done in a day without re riding the coasters. -

As for wooden coasters... Best: Hoosier Hurricane and Cornball's buzz bar Worst: Kings Island's wooden coasters lap bars. -
