Getting rid of an amusement park for land sale....I seem to remember a few years back a company thinking partly on this strategy. The land still hasn't been put to any permanent use (Astroworld). So many parks have died in the time I grown to like coasters and wish I could have gotten to.

The only game I watched today was the Colts game. Talk about a blow out. Was scary for the first few possessions by each team. The Colts just blew open the doors and Peyton did almost 600 yards of offense.

GAme, set, match. Peyton has pulled through in a major way to bring me from a 40 point deficiet to come back and pull it off before 4th quarter has started. I know I will loose Colts Bye week though. BTW, wasn't trying to gloat. It was merely a post of my excitement of the Colts game. Over on sfstl.net someone has posted that a field that hasn't been mowed ever was recently mowed and it is pretty big. I am not sure where this field is and even if Chang will go there.

I been calling junk yards today to find a power lock actuator for my Jeep. I have a Cherokee, and not a Grand Cherokee. I called these places and the question they ask...."regular or Grand". If I had a Grand, I would have said Grand.

The amazing stat that I found out last night after I left work, Time of possesion. Colts had the ball for 14 minutes and 53 seconds for the whole game. The Dolphins couldn't do anything (other than what they did) with 3/4 of the game they had the ball.

I would actually agree, but there is three people that ride bikes to my work. Two park on one side of the building where the sat dishes are and there is only room for two bikes there, so that leaves his the odd one out. If there was enough people here that rode to work, they probalby would put in motorcycle parking.

Wow, so I haven't paid much attention to football all day since Colts didn't play today. Jets beat the Patriots, wow. Bears beat Steelers, wow and more wow.

So most of my pics just about got what they were projected at or worse except Chris Johnson who exploded and got 3 times the points projected. If Peyton and the Colts play well, I could win this match up.

You dropped it.....sounds like the disc got damaged. BTW, I dropped my video camera at Holiday world back at HWN this year and it was busted. Was going to cost 200 to fix, I bought a new one exactly like it for 175.

I am sure Six flags has no issue with vacating the land....they all but have already. Any rides left on the grounds are not useable or not easily moved. I don't see how the city will get back any rides that have been moved (besides the towers, was batman part of the original group).

Technically, Six Flags doesn't own they park, they just own the rides they installed and manage the land and other rides.

Speaking of bad parkers... The weather guy at my work doesn't think that motorcycles should be allowed to park in parking spots. A co worker parks his bike in a regular spot and used to park at the front of the spot and the weather guy would start to pull into the spot and see his bike there. Well, today, the bike owner parked in a normal parking spot but at the front of it so you can see it when you pull in. What does the weather person do? He pulls his cross fire into two parking spots so that his passenger door was literally inches away from the bike. As I was coming in, I seen the bike owner was doing something outside and pointed out what the weather person did. Well, he moved his bike so it seems the weather guy took up two spots. I guess enough people was saying stuff to him that he moved it. I said the guy with the bike, if he had his old bike, let his bike fall down and scratch his car up. IF he would have parked normal, it wouldn't have caused anything, but since he didn't, if he did, it would have. But his bike is a 09 and he wouldn't want that to happen. Another co worker said that he wished he had a clunker bike so that he could park it as close to his drivers door as possible. You don't mess with bikers by saying that bikes don't deserve thier own parking space.

4 new speakers for my Jeep since only one is working part of the way. Before that, sway bar links to fix my moms car. Total costs for the speakers was 93 and 27 for the sway bar links.

The state fair is the state fair of Kentucky. They bring in some carnival rides, but also have the park open to fair attendees.

And to add to the problems equal to matience. Brake pads wear out, rotors go bad, things happen. Some people don't even change thier oil when they should adn then wonder why things to wrong. I bought my Jeep used and cheap and expected problems. So far the only problems I have had are one shock is worn mroe than the others, brakes are rather weak, transfer case needs replaced. All this added up won't be much to me considering what I have planned for it. My Malibu on the other hand had has problems that isn't equal to regular matience. Lower intake manifold gaketts twice and wheel bearings. I regularly changed the oil in it and even put synthetic oil in it.
