There is 79 pages of reading on that papers forum about clp. At first I thought allot of people on there were against the park, but after reading up, I realize that they want the park to open with proper management. I hope this happens. It seems that the current management has been sucking for a while.

yeah, it sounds software. If you got a good bootable xp disk, I would try that first. If it still does it, I would try swapping out the video card if you have another one.

Thank you. I got a suggestion for tpr. How about a section for hotel reviews. Each major park can have it's own thread and people reply in there instead of making threads like this. And having reviews by other tpr's would help in the decision process. BTW, if anyone else has any suggestions, go ahead and post please. The one other one I was looking at was the Howard Johnson, anyone ever stayed there?

Going in September. I looked at some hotels online that were 60 bucks a night. Don't need the best, but don't want the worst. Relativitly close to CP with a shuttle service preferably.

just skip it, no one will let you in. The park is in ruins, the only viable ride left is gone. No reason to go in even if Six Flags would let you.

Mcdonalds, for the price, I can eat for only 4.24! Which is what I will do tonight.

First off, pay off all debts! Then I would get me a motorhome. I would then send my car off to a garage to have it totally redone on the inside and body. Then send it to a garage to have a 3.4 liter engine dropped in. Full Cat back exhaust. Redo the suspension and get a air ride kit. put some 20's on it. Then all of my family would get atleast 20k each. I would give 50k to a couple forums I visit. 75k to the owner of another website I visit to help with thier family. I would pay for a entire midwest trip for whoever wanted to go to ride the best darn woodies there is (HW's trio). 100k would go to make a wish, 100k to American Cancer Society, and 100k to another charity that deserves it. I would make it so CLP could stay open for the historical aspect of it for as long as I could. After that, I would get some cars. 08 Ford f -450 maxed out with a travel trailor, 07 Chevy Malibu Maxx SS, Corvette, and probably a BMW 325i. A nice home on a lake of somewhat medium size. A pontoon, a ski, and a fishing boat. What would be left would go into a savings account. Or I would get some carsa dn things and then use the rest of the money to start a water park where I live.

In the first part of your tr, did that water slide have a lift to where you can sit in your tube and ride up? IF so, that is awesome, Climbing up 7 stories 12 times sucks.

I say HW just because if I had kids, I know they would enjoy the rides there adn I am a little biased (well, more then alittle). And you would miss Bakuli, it will bowl you over. And I have never been to SFOG, but want to go.

lets hope the coins sell out or someone gives enough money to pay bills and reopen next year, if they don't reopend, I see another Williams Grove of SBNO (end WG comparision) until it is sold and demolished

Hey ken, Can you find out if they sent out tokens yet? I still haven't got mine. and it does suck the park isn't opening and two years in a row, I don't see much hope, but I hope I am wrong.
