The trains have been modified since it was at southport they appear to have new seats with lovely comfy soft head restraints and it was so much smoother than it used to be don't know how it just is

Have you tried the savoy up on the north beach its Got 131 rooms so they usualy have vacancies. Its good if you dont mind the blue rinse brigade I took my family the last weekend in a 5 bed family room for £51 B&B for us all.
