The Lathe NL

Ummm, really? It was kind of cool, but then why spend that much time to make the 3ds for something like this. It is just a loopish thing. -
Just out of pure curiosity why Monterrey? I can totally vouch for the aquarium, its very good. Also, very close(I think 30 minutes) to Monterrey is a place called Big Sur, just type it into google images, its breathtakingly beautiful. I went there a very long time ago, and it is awesome. Also, there is a fishermans wharf in monterey if you are ever looking for seafood. Those are some non park things, but, if you and your family want to do a really chill day check out big sur.

What makes a rough coaster?
the ghost replied to spacemtfan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ It is different on every coaster, anything specific. It is generally track work though, but trains are important. Speed can be an issue depending on the layout, for example boardwalk bullet is supposedly to fast for such a compact layout. -
Yankee Scream(NL)
the ghost replied to the ghost's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Did anyone else get red spikes? I didn't and have ridden in the front and back seats. -
This coaster, as mentioned above is called Yankee Scream, and was originally going to be called something eagle, but I wanted to come up with something more original. The coaster is completely handbuilt, and pretty smooth(besides the really short prelift). The coaster also gives really good airtime. A CCI coaster that flies through its layout and gives some awesome airtime and pacing. This coaster is a tribute to CCI and all their fun out and backers mixed with twister coasters. This coaster, as mentioned above is an out and backer mixed with a twister. The coaster is 85 feet tall and reaches a top speed of nearly 50 miles per hour. As said before I can post pictures, so it would be awesome if someone could post some screens for me. What are your TOP TEN COASTERS
the ghost replied to ddaver177's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Is silver bullet really better than Riddler in your opinion? I LOVE Riddler, and love how awesome and intense it is to just stand up through the massive intense inversions, and its so fast. MY LIST 1. Tatsu/Apollos Chariot-Some awesome B&M Godliness 2. Accelerator-This used to be like my number 7, but after some crazy backseat filled ejector airtime filled rides it moved its way into #2 3. Riddler-See above 4. California Screamin-A coaster lovers launched coaster, not only is there a launch, but it has a great drop and some pretty good airtime, my favorite disney coaster(not including theming) 4.X2- A pretty much one trick pony that is a little rough, also, a little too disorienting for my taste. 5. The Mummy(Yes, before hulk and dragons) The theming was awesome(like dragons) but I did not realize how many awesome airtime pops or special effects this beast had 6. Batman the Ride(SFMM) So fast and so intense 7. Dueling Dragons Fire-would have rated above batman, but the dueling timer was broken 8. Hulk-The zero g roll was awesome 9. Everest- Not necessarily deservant of my top 10 besides the fact tthat this ride is fun for all, my friends sister hates big drops, but loves Everest. And the best themed coaster. 10. Matterhorn Bobsleds- The most insane coaster ever and my favorite ride at Disneyland. The layout is almost impossible to memorize, the coaster has sudden pure luck/random racing and dueling moments. The tomorrowland side has 2 doom drops, not necessarily giving airtime, but giving me a strange feeling. -

^^ Damn. Hey, Stoksy, if I send you the park in the future, can you post some progress shots. BTW, for everyone, the theme of my park will be announced, but landscaping and theming has begun. The first section is MTV but thats a small hint. Also, a wildboys jungle is being belt currently. -

Disneyland Fantasmic! Dragon !
the ghost replied to scotchTAPE's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Also,IMO, I will take the Peter Pan scene over the Pocahontas scene every day, cutting the pirate ship sucked. Although, I did like the Lion King part. I did not like it in the theater either, at least at Disneyland, because there is no stage, everyone gets a pretty good seat, but some are closer and some are farther. At Orlando, I don't enjoy getting there over an hour early into a stadium only a little smaller than shamu stadium and not getting a seat and having to stand. And it takes so long to get out. -
^ Thats awesome! Thanks so much! Is Terminator the bonus coaster?

Disney to acquire Marvel
the ghost replied to ParkTrips's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I tend to disagree about not seeing the characters in the theme parks soon. I mean, Fantastic 4 Silver Surfer was rated pg, and Spiderman is a movie that I know that many people(regardless of age) have seen. Also, marvel is generally into the good will defeat evil thing. Don't expect characters like Spawn or Ghostrider, but I wouldn't be surprised to see characters like Spiderman and some of the Xmen walking around soon. I am expecting this to move to Disneyquest first and see how people tend to respond to the superhero thing there using the gaming things. Also, considering that the Incredibles is just like a family friendly superhero movie that still has powers and violence(although being family friendly) is not that much unlike a Marvel comic. I mean Syndrom is a lot like Doctor Octopus, and all the characters can be traced to a common superhero. -

^ Thanks for your rating, I'm gonna bring the ghosters coaster files(a long dead thread) back up any minute and show off my newest and best GCI creation. Also, thanks themeparkman for the pictures, you are awesome, and I forgot to thank you before, so sorry and thanks. -

As said in the description The coaster is wooden and is a mix of a Gravity Group and GCI building styles. However, I can see both of your points. I have another coaster that will be posted today or tomorrow, and it is easily the best GCI layout I have ever done(or have ever seen, for that matter) -

^^ Screens wont save to my computer because of a virus, which is now fixed, but the screen shot thing is still an issue. -
Hey guys, I'm back. This is my first coaster in a very long time, and it uses no CS.The coaster is wooden and is a mix of a Gravity Group and GCI building styles. The coaster is themed to a grizzly bear running rampant through a summer camp, and the bears lair is in an abandoned cabin. The coaster is a little over 2 minutes in length and uses Millenium Flyer GCI trains. The coaster is also terrain based, and interacts with the scenery and buildings well. Same as before, I am unable to post screens, so if someone downloads the park, please post some screens. Hope you like it. Grizzly.SV6
