Ive decided to make a design that I may use for ne. Honestly I dont really care if it wins or not, but I want people to look at it, and I am very impressed with it for now. The coaster is a CCI terrain coaster, inspired by Boulder Dash. It blasts through the woods as well as several small tunnels. It is called Lynx and is named after an agile cat mostly found in the woodlands of Alaska and Canada. They are known for jumping and maneuvering through the woods, so the name seemed appropriate! The overall concept of the park is to have charm as opposed to a super crazy park, like many of the parks at NE. This park is designed to feel similar to a Dollywood or a Silver Dollar City. Here are some screens. Also I would like to give a special thanks to Dmaxsba2408. His contributions to the ride really added some realism, and thay were small simple things, but they made it look 100 times better. Thanks Dmax, you truly are an awesome designer! Update time: Theres some good, some VERY bad, and some excellent. Unfortunately the curse of El Dorado was struck with the infamous cable, and this time someone actually died from it. We are in talks with Intamin right now, and there are several Intamin employees working out issues now. The ride is closed with an undetermined opening time. I do not have pictures to post of El Dorado, but I will post testing dates and possible operating times as soon as I am allowed to do so. The GREAT news is that El Halcon construction has finished and testing has begun! Good/bad/excellent news THe water ride as seen before in concept art will never materialize in that section of the park, although the jungle section is rumored to be getting something new. Instead the water ride will be moved to the woodland area with El Halcon. Many people have been asking if something else will go there and the answer is YES! Something major will go there. It will be the worlds largest gravity group wooden coaster. ITs entrance is not in the jungle area, but the ride will be up where the water ride was. It will open in three seasons, but the concept art for it is AWESOME! I can predict and almost guarantee that we have a new Americas #1 coaster, including El Torro! I honestly think that would be scary as hell, because there is nothing else like it. Its not what your expecting to see in a happen in a haunted house, which automatically brings your guard way up. Its a taboo, its something you know you're not supposed to see, and his anger makes it more scary and more realistic. That is an entire new take on ultra realism in a haunted house, which is an awesome concept IMO!

Im scared, but optimistic. I do love Rex, and he will always be the captain, but mission 2 would not work with "its my first flight" anymore if you think of it. Honestly this is Disney were talking about people, remember all those who were unimpressed with Mania who are now singing it's praises. Remember those Worlds of Color doubters who now rave about the show? I think we have to give Disney the benefit of the doubt on this ride. How stoked will you all be when your second and third rides are nothing at all like your first ride. Honestly I think this ride(as a whole) is an entirely brilliant concept! The reride value skyrockets when you don't know what your next ride will hold for you. Rex will always be the captain to me, but its time for a breath of fresh air in my opinion.

Damn... I may have to get out to this fine state next year. I heard there is a cheetah themed coaster being built in Wisconsin as we speak, but Cheetah's don't live in Wisconsin. The only connection I am able to make is that it will be sponsored by Cheetos and use chester the cheetah since the cheese for Cheetos probably comes from Wisconsin. Just to let you know the video is not working...at least for me. Anyway have an awesome time in the happiest state on Earth. Im gonna go listen to cheap trick rock Wisconsin as a tribute to the awesomeness of the state of Wisconsin!

^ Joris is racing though, so it would be impossible. IT could be done, just differently, and maybe not by GCI but maybe by the Gravity Group. Regardless, its an interesting concept that if executed correctly is a great idea of combining family thrills and general thrills!
