Yeah...no, not liking this idea. That looks like a bit much and seems vomit inducing...simplicity is key people!

It should have been fantastic if you know who the director is. Unfortunately this guy is almost pulling an M Nigh right now. Eternal Sunshine was a great film, never caught the science of sleep and was amused by Be Kind Rewind, but the awesomeness of Eternal Sunshine is no longer in his films.

What live concert do you look forward to this year?
the ghost replied to Snowboard246's topic in Random, Random, Random
I have 2 concerts in February to begin my 2011 concert season, but went to the ska luau on December 30th. I will see whose playing, but Less than Jake and Streetlight in February, then I need to stop seeing shows for a while...lol... I need coaster money. I REALLY would love to see System however if and when they announce US tour dates. Last time they played was 2006 and my parents would not let me go, but hopefully they announce some US dates. I would love to see System live! -
[youtubehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdHUQtnJsyQ&feature=channel] I am not going to lie, this ENTIRE films premise is a giant cliche and does tons of things I hate, but it looks awesome. Also, Greg Mottola, from Superbad and Adventure land has never officially made a bad film, despite what many people did not like about adventure land. I know trailers often show the best parts of a film, but somehow all the gags appeared to work very well, or at least they did to me. Also, the cast...hell, the leading three actors alone are AMAZING. There is no better comedy team than Nick Frost and Simon Peg, throw in Seth Rogen voicing an alien who actually looks well made with CGI and the director of Superbad, and you've got a seemingly entertaining film!

I just told my mom I am an agnostic, but I am moving closer and closer to atheism, but because Ive grown in a Christian household it is weird to say I flat out dont bin God, but my heart tells me hes not there. My mom pretty much wont accept what I told her or is pretending to ignore it and I believe we are going to church tomorrow. Im not that upset really, cause I kind of get it, but it kind oif pisses me off knowing that because I have chosen a different path in life it makes her sad. Oh well...

Blah...the idea of a spinning looper makes me sick, but I am somewhat intrigued at the concept! Nice idea so far! -

Awesome! All of these updates...especially part one( ) were AWESOME. It really is a shame Kobe Portopialand closed. Tey had the awesome Schwarzkopf BMRX, which I believe is now operating in England, but it is not operating with all the awesome theming, which set the ride apart from others. -

WDW Magic Kingdom vs. Disneyland Questions

My sentiments exactly! Park vs Park Disneyland wins by a landslide. However, Disneyworld is AWESOME if you are going for more than 1 park! -

WDW Magic Kingdom vs. Disneyland Questions
the ghost replied to OISU8P's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Sorry I'm a bit late to this discussion, but heres my take on the whole thing. Keep in mind that I am a Disneyland fanboy. So for one, Disneyland is my favorite park ever and has no real competitors in my mind, besides maybe EPCOT and IOA. That being said, I would say something like 2 or 3 of my top 5 or so parks are Disneyworld. Magic Kingdom, however, is not one of my favorites, in fact, in my opinion it is no where near as good as Disney due to its overall size and feel...yes I am one of the Disney fanboys in Elissa's post. I love Disneyland's size! I love how its so cramped, because that makes it feel so much more immersive than the Florida areas, especially in areas like Adventureland and Frontierland, where the areas are very small, but due to the theming they are awesome examples of Walt's vision of actually being there. I just find Disneyland to be much more charming, much more of Walt's initial vision, and then just because Disneyland did so well they made Florida's park bigger, just because they could. It just feels so much more "corporate" to me and feels much less charming and much less "Disneyish" than Disneyland. Adding to this DCA is also a nice add on, and in my opinion Screamin is the best Disney coaster for overall roller coaster feel, although it does not have the theming of all the incredible coasters at the other parks. Also you get to see World of Color, which is amazing if you are a Disney fan and a show person, which is why I put it in my opinions of best things of 2010. Alternatively although I am not a Magic Kingdom fan my opinions of 2 of the other parks there, Epcot and Animal Kingdom, are that both parks are AWESOME. EPCOT is easily my second favorite park behind Disneyland, and it always amazes me how much I like te park, considering there are no roller coasters. Everything about the park screams Walt Disney, and there is no area(besides the imagination pavilion) that is not absolutely awesome. The rides are world class, the parks overall feel and overall characteristics are VERY unique, and the entertainment and dining is also WORLD CLASS. Also, Animal Kingdom is awesome. Although it may not offer as much in terms of attractions as the rest of the parks the atmosphere and theming are TOP NOTCH. Everest is also awesome and is probably my favorite roller coaster at WDW as it is an awesome, smooth ride with incredible theming and an incredible que. Lastly te one thing I will say about the Studios is that Tower of Terror is AWESOME there as is RNRC, which is very smooth for a vekoma looper. My final say... if you have a day or 2 go to Disneyland/DCA! If you have a week go to WDW! Either way there is no bad decision to be made here...have a great time! -

I sort of want to feel bad for them, but at the same time I know they are assholes, so they kind of deserve this. I agree with Robb on this one, I would at least have some respect for them if they had not said they already owned the ride, but they did what they did, and because of that I have no real reason to feel bad for them. As of now, with the sketchiness of the story, they are SCAM ARTISTS! -
Historic automobile coaster?

OMG! I wanna ride this thing credit or not! That looks awesome fun. It must be prety freaky to have a car that close behind you though on that course. -
The "Preview" Thread

Thats kind of the point. I am starting a "chain park series" which will feature a number of parks, the goal being that you see progression in each park as I get better and better. This is more experimental as I test what textures I like and what building styles mesh. I like seeing what Ive got in my itinerary before I begin to try new CS packs, but the addition of CS is inevitable and is guaranteed in future parks. Thanks for the responses everyone! -

This is my first EVER attempt to begrudgingly play rct3. RCT2 is broken and I have had RCT3, but Ive never really done anything with it, so well try this for now. Anyway, the theming is not that awesome...by the way this is no cs with no expansions. This will become a chain of parks as I can almost guarantee I wont complete a NCSO and no expansion park in rct3, and I am hopefully getting them soon. Without further ado... A few screens of Vaquera... the new(and first) coaster for Mortonson Gardens I'd love some criticism...but remember, this is my first EVER attempt at RCT3. Shot0003.bmp Vaqueras station. Shot0004.bmp Simple que...but nicely landscaped! Shot0002.bmp Hmmmmmm...Intamin!!! Shot0001.bmp Vaquera's layout...yes... landscaping and foliage will be added!
