That Saturday at CP was probably the busiest amusement park I've ever seen. I just ended up walking around, napping, eating with friends, etc... I think I only rode Raptor and Blue Streak. Would've ridden TTD, but Robb jinxed it and it broke down.

I don't think I'll get anywhere in the next couple of weeks, but 2 weeks from tomorrow I'll be at Hershey for the start of the Mini East Coast trip with TPR. Can't wait!

Great video. I love the clips of Ross yelling random things. I'm assuming that was the only video of him not swearing or using the "word of the day".

No problem. I'd also suggest waiting for the front seat. Best seat on Helix, in my opinion. Balder was a better back seat ride (there aren't any bad seats, though).

^^ I'd get there right at park opening and head to Helix. We were there on a Sunday and the entire crowd went to Helix in the morning. Helix had a long line most of the day, while Balder was less than 20 minutes each time I did it.

Easily my favorite day of the trip. Liseberg is one of my favorite parks in the world, now. The only "bad" part of the day was choosing between Balder and Helix during the nighttime ERT!

I'm just catching up on the madness that went down while I was in Scandinavia. The scooters and flyers aren't anything special? Listen, say what you will about Knoebels, but I just don't know how anyone can make that statement and not be trolling.

Weird, one of my friends asked me the other day if I knew what had happened to the Super Screamer at Adventureland. I knew it was in California, but now I have even more info to give them. Nice little trip, and I can only give you crap for one kiddie credit, so that's a plus!

How else would you go about filling in empty seats if you weren't told where to go?

It's not the seat belt, it's the location that the actual restraint has to reach in order for the sensor to allow the train to leave. Balder is MUCH more forgiving than El Toro since they really only care about the seat belt being latched.

I think the rattling was taking place between your ears, Craig! Outside of one back row ride, we stayed closer to front and I didn't have any issues with comfort. I loved Helix!

I wasn't a huge fan of Tusenfryd, but I agree that people have been a little harsh. I'd rather go there than Bon Bon Land! ***Edit: Great photos, Hanno, as usual. Glad you got to meet up with the trip for a few days!

Some good ones have been mentioned, but I'll throw in Helix at Liseberg. One of the most insane queues I've ever seen.

If they build another Helix I'm moving to Indiana. The only thing missing would be the rad Helix-station techno. Thanks for the reminder, I need to go and download that soundtrack!
