I would imagine that deer would be scared away by a loud roller coaster. Nah...there are usually some by the Beast. Especially at the bottom of the second lift.

It was a really fun slide. I remembered I was always sliding up and down on the sides because the turns were so sharp and I was going too fast! At least they still have Pipeline Plunge, that's a fun ride. And maybe the new rumored slide complex can draw in a bigger crowd for the park. I'd go to try out some new slides. The Zoom Flume was able to survive countless floods, blizzards, and even tornadoes sitting next to the Ohio River at Coney Island's Sunlite pool. When it first opened in 1971, it was the tallest and longest waterslide in the world. It's being taken down this year, rumored to have a slide complex in its place. Supposedly the wooden slide isn't up to safety checks. I'll post some photos later on. -JZ

My main 'complaint' for this ride is that when they say it uses the 'terrain', it's pretty much like flat woods. With the Beast, they utilized the dips and elevation changes. I think that with GCI's mindset, they could have had more of their swooping drops and dips over the small bumps they use in the compact models like Thunderhead, Ozcat, and Ky Rumbler. It just doesn't look as crazy good or insane as the others. Maybe CF influenced this ride's design a bit more than GCI would have liked? Regardless of the layout, this ride will still be great. A night ride on this looks like it will really please all riders. -JZ

I forget what the guy told me...but the rest are the brownish color to blend in the the woods/trees. I guess they really want this coaster be very intimidating and visible when you look up at that 230ft lift hill! -JZ

I forget what the place is called...but it's the tennis place across from KI! What? Crocs? Where? The girls are almost ready for the first match! In case your wife isn't as good as looking as the players..... 'Hi, I'm drunk...' At this time, they started introducing the Olympians. 'Who invited you guys?' Can't think of his name. Keanu Reeves? D-House doing some dance. Don't you hate awkward hugs? Have you had any Red Bull? I've gotta go get some Red Bull....I'm going to find some more Red Bull. Apperently he became a sensai over in Beijeing. Kerrriiiiiii Walsh! Do you have any Red Bull?! Somebody is excited! Theme park break!

Yeah, I'm wondering if this will be the new 'Beast'. It looks like a GG ride more than a GCI; very different from their usual creations. I guess we will find out if it's better or worse. It looks good, but nothing outstanding or amazing.

There's already 20 9's, though.

Hey TPR, this is the one and only PKI ManJZ. I had the opportunity to check out the AVP tonight and had an absolute blast. I was up at this ‘Telestar’ tent and was right next to the ‘VIP Lounge’ where special people like the Olympians and Coach Marvin get to go. Well, while they didn’t have any barricades up to keep us out, I got to get a few pics with Kerri Walsh. Now, after that nearly everyone else that came up to her to ask for something; her response was “I’ll do that tomorrow” and I heard her say to one of the guys, “but take as many pictures of my @$$ as you want” Sooo….I took full advantage of that! Too tired for good captions right now... Oh crap! I forgot to re-size them....here's a few for now. Me and my friend....we're 5'8" HOLY FREAKING SMASH! These olympians were firing off these little mini volleyballs...it was funny. Team Walsh/Trainer....niiiice All the olympians got keys to the city of Mason!

Yeah, Club Blood wasn't too much of a scare for me. It made me jump maybe one or two times, but it's more of a visual walk through experiance It was cool seeing the 'vampire strip club section' and then going through all the gross, bloody sections. Everyone I went through with just didn't think it was scary. -JZ

I think you'll find here that there are some really nice Togo's out there. If there's one HUGE important thing I've learned here, is that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And you need to learn that, quick. - "Once MF" JZ

Holy crap! It looks like they have a "Cloverfield: The Ride"! Haha...I get it now, the 'clover leaf' tubes...so they tied it into Cloverfield! -JZ

Though the model is off in a few parts...yeah, it's awesome. It's had the biggest crowd at KI in the last couple of days! -J "Get in line now..." Z

Alright Big Mike. Not only were some of your pictures eye candy to look at, some were very carefully looked over for those duckies! I've looked through a few times now, and can only find... Nine ducks. I hope to move to the next round! -JZ

Oh no, my title might just be changing to "Won't shut up about Afterburn/Top Gun!!" But that's it right there. In the back seat of Afterburn/Top Gun; the Zero-G is just taken at the *perfect* speed. In the back few rows, you just get the perfect feeling when traveling through. It's not slow enough to give hang time, and not fast enough so you can't savor the moment....it's just...perfect! So cool. As far as Maverick goes, I could go with calling them a mix between the two - They turn as the go up up up....and then invert at the apex; then crash back down, turn, tilting as you rise up....then invert at the very top. Really cool elements; you could almost call them original!

If it counts...Space Mountain's lift hill! (The one where those red and black spinny things come down) It's so awesome. I seriously f'ing love that ride. -JZ

Everything should be announced Labor Day weekend from what I hear.

Great stuff, Bill! I'm loving the way some of these shots came out. The one of the sunrise/sunset looked more like a masterpiece painting to me! Can't wait for more! -JZ
