  1. Happened to me after coming home from Sea World Orlando while doing marathons on Kraken all day... SheiKra gave me the feeling too even though I only rode it once that day.
  2. What if you have a bad photo... but you're not 18 in the photo, but you're 18 now? Can you still submit it?
  3. I have to say drops... I'd take a nice lifthill to an incredible drop over a launch any day. But, if there is a launch that shoots you up and leads into an incredible airtime hill and drop, then I'm all for that, best of both worlds!
  4. Well, I don't know if you'd really call it a "Fingernails on Chalkboard" sound... But while I was at Busch Gardens Tampa on Monday, Montu and Kumba made a "Whistling" sound while going around the track... I can't really decscribe the noise... hopefully when I get my new camera I can take a video of it and the noise will be in there... I do know that Montu made some horrible noise when going around turns and inversions, it was a very high-pitched squeeking sound, it was mostly noticable at the turn before the lift, the first drop, and the ending turn into the breakrun. Maybe it's just because they're old rides
  5. Well, from yesterday, here's what I found out: First Car, First row... Headbanging, but very minimal, usually only around the first turn after the first inversions. Third Car, First Row... No headbanging at all... I was really suprised
  6. Wild Adventures lets you re-ride... SeaWorld and Busch Gardens used to let you re-ride, now you have to have a "Platinum Pass" (Luckly I have one!) but they only let you reride once. Islands of Adventure sometimes lets your Re-ride, just depends on the Ride-Op... One gave me the BS excuse of "You have to walk around because your body has to calm down from all the forces"... whatever, haha.
  7. Carousel Helices aren't that great... IE. Hulk's around the launch tunnel... Also, MCBR's!
  8. Well, from my experiances, I've found it VERY rough in the back of the train, but the front row is smooth as glass in my opinion... I'm heading there tomorrow night and will probably be riding it all night, haha... but I'll report back here on Saturday to tell you how it is.
  9. I agree, should I get some help? After my initial "Jesus F***" I started laughing... Is that bad
  10. I heard somewhere that they've tried this before (With a loop) at IAAPA a few years ago. They even had a full version of the ride set up where people were able to ride it, when the people got off they said they didn't like it because it hurt their necks from all the g/forces getting exerted onto the side of their body instead of their backs... I guess we'll just have to stick to looking to the side when traveling through the loops.
  11. I took three years of Web Design, but haven't used front page... only program I've used is Adobe (Macromedia) Dreamweaver
  12. I remember the one for Kumba back when it opened... It showed the coaster in the dark, made it really eerie, then said something along the lines of "New, In the dark continent, the fastest, tallest, and most twisted rollercoaster in the Southeast... Kumba, New at Busch Gardens, feel the Roar" Or something to that extent
  13. The coaster (If you had read through the whole thread) is Corkscrew at Playland in Canada. Also, before you go saying "No it isn't, because omgz it has loops! And it must be Viper at SFMM because it has to be!" About 80% of the coaster scene was done by CGI on the computer... all graphics, Yay graphics! The statue and loading theme aren't really for the real ride. It was all just a set... a very elaborate set if I may say.
  14. I was watching a "Making of Final Destination 3" thing on IGN... The guy that played Ian said that they had to ride that coaster around 60 times in the course of three nights... 60 Times on a Vekoma... OUCH! I'm suprised there wasn't a real death because of that.
  15. Well, it was probably more trama than anything, nothing serious they said... don't know why they called in a hilicopter

  17. Okay, I was watching Channel 13 news (For those of you know live in Central FL.) And I think they're taking this way to seriously. They're going absolutly overboard. While flipping through the channels this morning I heard a newscaster say "Horrible accident a Walt Disney World"... so I stuck around to hear what they had to say. So you've proabably read above, a man fell over on the conveyer belt for Peter Pan before getting into the cars... got pinned between the car and the belt, the worker stopped the ride immediately and he wasn't hurt. Tell me, if he wasn't hurt, how was it "Horrible". They make it sound like the ride should be torn down because it's not safe or that he died and got his head smashed in... it wasn't the rides fault, it was the mans for falling and not getting up in time... Oh well, glad he wasn't hurt, but still... stupid news.
  18. Haha, luckily I was home schooled But I completely agree, some people really need to go back to typing class. I think it's much easier spelling out "One" than going up and hitting the number. Oh well, the world is doomed with education. Anyway, back on topic. I think Goliath looks amazing, maybe even better than the SFMM and SFOT ones. If SFOG runs it correctly (Without trims) then it should be Airtime Heaven! I can only hope I'll be able to get up there this summer.
  19. I saw it too, last night... Wow... those deaths were... ahh! LoL.. disgusting. Anyway, the coaster part was pretty cool... and the ending was great I thought it was much better than the 2nd one, but not as good as the first, glad they got James Wong back though. SPOILERS! The first deaths with the two girls in the tanning booth... when the glass in the booths started shattering from the heat, and when they eventually fell though the glass onto the UV lights... I couldn't watch, that was SICK! Also, when the one goth chick got shot in the head with the nail gun... OMFG! How can ANYONE think of these ways to die!? End Spoiler... If you go see the movie... go see it for the ending, the ending was great and I personally think it leaves no room for a 4th Final Destination...
  20. Well, I've only been once... so I'm no where near a veteran... but here's what I'd do (Which would be logical) 1) Run to Goliath 2) Get over to Deja Vu (If it's open) 3) Superman: UF 4) Great American Scream Machine 5) Ninja 6) Batman: The Ride 7) Mindbender 8.) Georgia Scorcher 9) Acrophobia 10) Georgia Cyclone 11) Any other ride you'd want to ride...
  21. Well, at least they didn't cut the ending and still gave credit to Robb and Elissa and to TPR.com...
  22. I love you.... in the totally non-gay way of course But for me it was In The Groove 2.... yeah...
