I'd rather see a large flat ride or elaborate attraction with a story than ANOTHER wooden coaster, hopefully we're not too far off from seeing a new major steel coaster at the park.

^ I hate them as well, it's probably the most restrictive restraint on any non OTSR coaster, they really just make people feel better about staying in their seat since so much of the public is aware of the ejection. I have a feeling they will never go away, unfortunately.

I agree they do staple pretty hard on SRoS, especially since the incident a few years back... I expected to see a lot more negative stuff in that post but the single rider line added to SRoS makes my day! I gotta get out to SFNE one last time before the big move and cram as many rides in before I have to settle for Tatsu when I need my fix.

These are the first photos I've seen of the ride with any kind of life in it so I'm thankful for that. Hopefully many of you will make it to the new media day so we can see some shots of the ride in action, looks great, I love Schwarzkopfs.

Awee I definately would have checked out Lost Coaster! Even if it's rough it's not very long of a ride and would have been worth the experience IMO.

Can you give us some more details on the ride that's like Indiana Jones? Indy's one of my all time faves and anything like it has to be at least decent.

He wants revenge for being randomly included in dozens of Poseidon/Atlantis/Neptune themed rides, often without proper representation... yeah that's it. I like the TR so far, J2 looks HUGE! I've never really researched the park and I probably drove right past it on trips to Wildwood, abother great coaster I will most likely miss as I'm moving to Cali in less than 30 days. Keep the photos coming!

Good to hear some details of the Hollywood event which is the one I'll be visiting. I'd imagine there will be one house for each character, Freddy, Jason and Leatherface.

Construction on the Paris ToT started in late October 2005.

Wow, I really like Hulk, the whole layout is unique and the wheel-driven upward launch is one of a kind on a beemer. Anyways, back on topic, I'm really happy to see at least one new "standard" style B&M coming to life, not that I don't like the floorless effect but it's good to see another one in the tradition of Kumba and Wildfire.

Oh man, I have GOT to try out Sonic Boom, I haven't hear dmuch about the ride and had no ide ait was still up. I also had no idea Lagoon had a Jet Star 2... a visit to this area is definately going to have to happen.

There's no such patch but I think it look sbetter than not having any attempt at a dual station.

Any idea on what this expansion would bring?

Yep! You can clearly see the first drop and loop are in place! I love its location right on the lagoon, reminds me of Hulk in a way with its impressive visual aspect on the park itself.

^ I hear ya on that, I only got on the ride once a couple years ago and it's one of my favorite rides in the whole park, I've missed it twice this year in the spring and summer. My next visit will be for Haunt so let's keep our fingers crossed!
