Use the single line for Mummy, MIB, and anything else you can. At IOA, hit Spiderman first, the coasters' lines move pretty quick on weekdays but Spidey has had a long line every time I went. It's definately not to be missed.

Capt., I know they're Disney, and that's exactly why. Guests that come to Florida usually visit Disney and Universal and would feel one ride is ripping the other park off. I really hope Disney Studios gets the Indiana Jones ride... Maybe it just won't be a jeep you ride in.

I'm surprised Intamin sold as many rides as they did after the bad record, but I'm thankful because they're my favorite rides. I hope a park goes for a ride more like Millennium Force or Expedition Ge Force rather than another Dragster. Doesn't have to break records, just try something different for &^%@'s sake.

Wow, I like the colors alot, but dissapointed they went with the checkered flags like half of the rocket coasters already out there. I guess they won't keep the name Stealth in the title after all. What's up with the name Rita anyways? Or Kingda Ka... ya know what, nevermind. :crazy:

I was hoping to keep all the launch/coaster noises but I still caught the comments from the exit bridge and observation areas. I'll have to go later this year when the shock value goes down for some more footage. (need more angles anyway) I agree the OH MY GOD'S are irritating. I made a video with Top Thrill Dragster, Storm Runner and the Kingda Ka footage you just saw along to the song by the band Orgy - Suckerface. If anyone wants I can get it online, but I just made it as a personal project figuring not many people will appreciate the heavy metal.

Benzo, Is the Zamperla Volare available in a portable model? when I rode it at Canada's Wonderland, I thought it belonged more at a fair.

I like the Vekoma flying coasters better than B&M's SUF but I've yet to ride AIR. If B&M built a flying coaster with a pretzel loop and a more interesting layout, I'd be sold.

SFNJ released a statement saying Kingda Ka will be down for "several weeks". Top Thrill Dragster is also down at Cedar Point because of KK's problem.

I'd have to say Vekoma. I can even stand an SLC or two, just no Boomerangs. The Booster Bike, Rock N Roller Coaster, and Deja Vu are alot of fun (WHEN IT'S RUNNING!!!!)

Canada's Wonderland is a flat ride junkie's wet dream. The only coaster I really liked was Vortex, and the line was nice and short. I haven't been on Italian Job yet, but it looks great. Don't miss some of the park's rare flats... Sledgehammer - World's only Huss Jump2 Psyclone - Mondial Revolution Cliffhanger - Mondial Splashover Psyclone - Mondial Top Scan They also have the last ( I believe) Huss Skylab, and a Huss UFO which is hard to come by. Yeah, it was 50 minutes during the exclusive ride time event But absolutely INSANE later on in the day. A few people said the line was between 6 and 7 hours at around 2pm!! If you're familiar with the process, when a ride breaks down a at six flags, they give you a green slip to return later when the ride was open. So many people had these green passes (which uses the fastlane entrance) that even the fastlane line was about an hour and a half after your actual q-bot time. And this was at 10 pm! When the hell could they close the thing?! When I was at Cedar Point last year, I waited about 2 hours between getting in line and the front seat of Dragster. It's sad that I consider myself lucky in that situation!

Speaking of Blackpool, has anyone been on that ride "Bling"? That's THE ONE flat ride style I've yet to try out. There's only two in the world. (Zierer Star Shape) and the other's travelling in Germany. They gotta get one of those over to the US.

I have a feeling a new ride will pop up on the JP Island. Jurassic Park 4 is being released next summer and a tie-in ride would make sense. Hey Elissa, have you seen the concept art for the Jurassic Park jeep ride? The vehicles look very similar to Journey to the Center Of The Earth. It was supposed to open with the park but it, along with several other rides never made it. There's a website that has the concept art, I'll try to find it. Someone on another board said the reason this ride never came up is because Dinosaur and Rhino Rally were too similar to this concept. but that the ride would come around someday.

Is it true S&S sold a 4D coaster to a Japanese park? After S&S acquired the rights to this ride design, I'm surprised an ironed-out version of a 4D coaster hasn't sprung up at any parks. A year ago I read a rumor that B&M were working on a 4D prototype. Any evidence of that?

I'm shocked to say the least about this news, but I'm surprised to see that a ride like this may have killed someone. It must be a pre-exisiting condition. I went on Mission Space a couple years ago and I remember them handing out air-sick bags when I don't remember the ride being that intense at all. We'll just have to see what happens.
