Basically the topic basically is self explanitory is it worth copyrighting a site or trademarking a logo or phrase? I was wondering that while getting stuff together for my site...

It can be one theme that can be easier but all the videos will probably be the same, but that can be said about various clips. OR a poll can be made about which park should the video be made of... Thats no problem thats why I suggested 5-7 minutes of clips because some people may feel good using clips of people and some may not and you can still come out w/ about a 2-3 minute video! yeah and make them various lenths!

I think it should be a mix of different types of clips (like onrides off rides POV's and regular theme park stuff) from various parks and each clip is of a different lenth. I'll say about 5-7 minutes of raw clips
