Apple Macbook vs Dell Notebook
mr_teisco_delrey replied to Axel2010's topic in Random, Random, Random
I concur with Wes. I love Macs and use them at work and home, but for the money you can get one whale of a PC with a 17" screen to boot. My wife has an HP twith a beautiful 17" screen that came in 250 bucks less than my Macbook. -
iPod Nano. Very cool. Love the video camera.

Great shots! I hope I get to see a blast off before the shuttle stops flying. -
What Was the Last Beer You Drank?

Uno's with a Brewery? Interesting. Uno's and Giordano's are the Applebees and Chilis of the Chicago pizza world. As for beer, I had a Blue Moon with my wife. I guess Blue Moon is the Applebees of beer. ^ 17 is legal in the Netherlands? I didn't know that. -

Erik - What was the height limit, if you still remember, for the family coaster at Frontier City? I am 6' 5" which makes me too tall for the older Vekoma coasters. I hope I can ride this one the next time I go to OKC. Also, what is the fate of Ozark Wildcat at the now defunct Celebration City? -

Man, I can't wait for Spring. I love the Rumbler. By the way, not to be too technical but what you called a trestle in the Mystery Mine pic is actually called a tipple. Excellent pics. HAPPY NEW YEARS! -

A belated welcome to the Bluegrass. Yes, Rupp is very bland, but remember it was opened 32 years ago. UK is wanting to build a new arena (suite revenue). I really don't expect to see that anytime soon given the economy. I hope the Cats get back to full strength soon. The Tubby years were a real letdown. -

Good luck. I was riding a bike over the summer with great results, especially for my bad back. With winter coming I need to get a trainer to put my bike on. I might just look into a Wii to supplement the riding. I know my kids would love it. -

Thanks for putting that bizarre thought into my head for the rest of the day. The only thought I have regarding this whole thing is to have crazy Pamela Anderson step up to the plate. Think of it as Silicone Sorbet. -

How do we really know it didn't destroy the world or sucked us into a new dimension?
