  1. YES! Victory! Downloaded and working perfectly! Something I found - is there any way to detect whether a member is logged into the forum when downloading a game exchange file? It's not bad, just a minor annoyance that I have to log into the exchange when I'm already logged into the forum.
  2. Not entirely. Apparently, Toontown Fair was never intended to be developed in the way it is now. It was created initially as Mickey's Birthdayland in 1988, in celebration of his creation sixty years earlier. They themed it as sort of a "vacation" home for the characters who normally lived in Toontown in Disneyland. Because character meet-and-greets are so high in demand, it's virtually worthless to keep Mickey and friends locked up in the way back of the park. I've heard (read?) a rumor going around that the characters will have a meet-and-greet somewhere else in the park, but I'm not sure if it's true or complete bull.
  3. Remember, that aerial shot doesn't include the Toontown fair area, which as of now is generally untouched and accessible by guests.
  4. It makes a huge amount of sense that Toontown Fair is out the door. Everyone wants to see Mickey, Minnie, and Donald, and keeping them in the very back of the park where no one can find them doesn't quite work.
  5. That is not a Six flags commercial, that is a Six Flags commercial dreadfully sent through a video editor by an amateur. is the real commercial the video was made from.
  6. I think the parks of Walt Disney World are better for one reason - isolation. "Excuse me, where is the nearest Wal-Mart?" "We don't have a Wal-Mart here." "Come on, we're in Orlando, there has to be a Wal-Mart around." "We're not in Orlando. We're in the Magic Kingdom."
  7. Probably my favorite drop on a "small" roller coaster would be in Walt Disney World's Space Mountain - the largest drop on the ride completely caught me by surprise and rocketed (get it?) into a tight turn.
  8. I have to ask - what about the "old" California Adventure was "wrong" or "bad"? I really liked the fact that the Disney company made a park with more outdoor-based rides than indoor-based ones.
  9. The lowly B&M standing coaster... I still like the layout though.
  10. There goes my ignorance again.
  11. Can't say I didn't see this coming. IMO, this is a worse situation than the Hard Rock Park fiasco. What's going to happen to Ferrari World? PennDOT lets Pennsylvania's roads get dreadfully bad before they even think about repaving them. I hope a similar situation doesn't befall the park. I also hope that this isn't a sign of things to come for the UAE's cities as a whole...
  12. Sell the stupid ride for scrap already! At this point, it would probably be better to have B&M build a new stand-up with the same layout than reviving this.
  13. Resized, of course. Super Dragon Yoshi! For those who are wondering, the first three stacks are NoLimits (pack extractor included), Office 2008, and iWork 2009.
  14. There has to be at least one spot where guests can be "Watching _______" and looking at the ride.
  15. Inclined loop, dive loop, zero-G, immelman, corkscrew, airtime hill, turn, brake run. I like it!
  16. Are you kidding? Sure, there is a sort of lack of originality (IMO) with every flying coaster except two having a pretzel loop, but I think their designs have gotten better over the years.
  17. It looks sort of like Daemonen - not because of the layout itself, but of how tight and compact the layout appears to be.
  18. I knew about the decapitation, but not the other stuff!
  19. 500 feet? Try 50 feet. Go onto Google Maps and search up Linden, PA. There are houses within 50 feet of railroad tracks, on a street called Front Street. Those people don't complain, they've gotten used to it.
  20. Never said they would... Enough of this. I think Dare Devil Dive will be a kick-butt coaster, and that the United States needs more Eurofighters.
  21. Exactly, and that is what could cause Six Flags Over Georgia to have the trains fitted with OTSRs at a later date. The new ride has to draw in crowds to be a worthwhile investment, and if the general public thinks it's unsafe, they're not going to ride it.
  22. Let's see here... I have Super Mario 64, Super Smash Bros, MarioKart 64, both Zeldas, both Pokemon Stadiums (I don't have the old Game Boy games anymore so they're kind of dead weight ), and all three Mario Parties.
  23. It makes me wonder why international television is so much better than United States television. Or is it? Is it an accepted notion that international TV is better than ours? I personally think international TV is worlds better than what we have. I watch TopGear on the BBC all the time. What do you think? Your favorite international shows?
  24. I like it! Launching out of the building and then down on the river even faster...that would be fantastic!
