You have to put in perspective that there are a lot of senior citizens and kids there and not just people who like to ride all day. Some people just like to sit down and watch a couple shows and only ride the merry-go-round all day. Kennywood is America's number 1 TRADITIONAL amusement park so like I said before there are a lot of seniors there who just want to sit down and relax and watch a show or two and remember what it was like when they were kids who need to take a break and dont ride everything.

Swing Shot is good but Skyhawk at CP is better, in my opinion, because its just a tad bit higher and faster.

Yea same here, I was sitting in the last seat and its only happened once out of the probably 20+ times ive ridden it, although that was the 1st time I had ever ridden in the back seat. The only other one it has ever happened to me was on Goliath at SFMM.

Yeah when I was there a few weeks ago the right side's chain going up the lifthill looked like it hadnt been greased for a VERY long time.

someone can close this...I got back from my trip a week ago. i went on wednesday june 28 and rode all the coasters except psyclone, gold rusher, and the kid coasters. I did what you guys said and ran to X first and was on the third ride of the day. I got pretty lucky because deja vu was open and had a short line when i rode it and also, some lady gave us her flash passes for free because she was leaving so I bypassed tatsu's 2 hr. long line line twice.

Hi I live in Pittsburgh and am taking a vacation out to California to go to SFMM. I was just wondering whats the best day of the week to go there where it will be less crowded? Were staying in Santa Monica and are going to just drive over on a good day. We had no set date to go there and were just going to play it by ear and ask around. And what time should i arrive there in the morning so I dont have to wait in that long of a line to get in? We already bought our tickets online so thats taken care of.

My arguement that CP is getting a B&M and using the Intamin track for another park to throw us off. Ok here goes. In a lot (if not, all) of B&M coasters have this. It seems that the double supports show up only when the track is low to the ground (and in other parts but mostly near the ground)...so my guess is that it buzzes the water or possibly does a corscrew/flatspin right over the water. The only Vekomas I can recall ever being on are X-Flight and Head spin both at GL. And X-Flight is MUCH better.

I have to say Dominator at GL. Thats the only one ive ever been on but im going to ride SCREAM! this summer and then ill see which one is better.

yea but you have to keep in mind, they can work on it day and night but that will do no good if what people say is true (the cable lift engine blew) and are waiting for a new one to come in.

Ok, everytime I try to start up RCT3 a message from my antivirus pops up saying "A virus has been found" and the virus is called W32/Rootkit.N and it says this virus cannot be diinfected and was deleted instead. it also gives me the name of the file but when i go there, the filename they give me doesnt exist. then the "RCT3 has encountered an error and has to close, sorry for the inconvenience" pops up. I have scanned multiple times with the same program that caught it and it says it found nothing. I have played this game before and it worked fine I just took a break from it...so its not like I just bought it and someone returned it before me and put a virus on it (if thats even possible). I have been playing RCT2 and that works fine. If anyone knows any way to help please let me know because RCT2 is getting kinda boring and i want to play RCT3. Thanks I really appreciate it, Ricky

I say Big Dipper at Geauga Lake only because after i rode it once i jammed my neck or jerked it or something and my neck hurt for a couple weeks.

that doesnt mean anything, MF has triangular track in some areas and as we all know it doesnt loop.

yea i feel you...i was just there may 11-13. i go every year in early may and there is NO ONE there especially after 6:00 when all the buses leave. thursday (may 11) at about 7:30 me and my parents were walking past power tower heading toward magnum and, aside from 2 or 3 workers workers sweeping, we were literally the only ones walking there (im not even exzagerating), it was kinda freaky actually.

it was fine a week later, thursday may 11, as i rode it 3 times that day. i was there may 12 also but didnt ride it but it was working because my dad rode it friday. no break downs at all those two days.
