If you wanna go to a "Six Flags" park in England. Just go to Thorpe.. It felt almost the same.. Only Thorpe tried a bit harder with theming.

Well the lifthill and first drop fell down! So yeah.. thats why it doesnt look that big but as I have seen it in real life.. And track walked it I would say it was MUCH bigger than say Flyer Comet at Whalom.. Or Thunderbolt at SFNE.... More along the lines of Coney Cyclone.

Yeah... I stayed at one of the hotels right up the street from the park (walked back and forth from the hotel to the park).. Sounds good so far right? Well the pool was like.. In the parking lot.. And had nice brown/green water.. Yet kids were still in it.. I would have gone for a swim but I didnt wanna get malaria or west nile.. Oh and because it was like 90*s I kept the AC on overnight... And it broke.. Flooded out our room.. And killed my shoes.. yay But here comes the best part.... And ones who had read my SFOG04 TR back on Thrillnetwork knows what comes now... So yeah.. to not make my post any longer... Ill just come out and say it..... THE HOTEL TOWELS HAD SHI.T ON THEM.....AS IF SOMEONE HAD USED IT AS TOILET PAPER!

The Sky Master has been removed for some reason. I went last night (opening night) and it was gone. Yet in my photos from Monday... it was set up.

I dont really care.. But I liked the older look better

SFNE had Startoon Studios that became Movie Town when it got flagged.. And also it has had Timber Town.. the area becoming Wiggles World. WW is just a retheme.. So SFNE is really only getting '1' new area. The rest is just new names / new paint.

They have a wisdom kiddie dragon like.. Every year. But I didnt see it this year. So if they dont have that they will be coaster-less. I only go really just to have something to do I like the Sky Master if they run it long and the Freak Out is fun but they want like 5$ a ride for it.

Uh.... Ok? So a park closes for a few months because it has 4 feet of snow on the ground.. That makes SROS not an amazing ride?

lol.. It almost always snows for this fair. I have been at night where it was snowing and in the high 20s but the place was still packed!

Woo.. New England off season is almost over... This Friday the first fair in the area opens... Woo.. So yeah.. Fair opens this Friday and runs for the next 2 weeks or so. I'll have "open' photos later this weekend Also the crappy Fabbri spinning coaster ( ) that was new last year is not back this year. Hey look! The Zipper moved. Putting the seats on Freak Out. Chance Zipper KMG Freak Out! Chance Thunderbolt not set up yet. Sky Master Tilt-A-Whirl Scooters Rock Wall Big Chance wheel is back this year. After being missing last year. Dartron Cliffhanger not set up yet. The midway as you drive up to showcase.
