pepsie Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Ok. I have done a huge amount of work to the park and a few alterations have been done. So here is the update and the POV of Spiderman Ride of Steel video! Â where's the video?
jason10 Posted May 29, 2006 Author Posted May 29, 2006 It won't let me because it does nothing. It doesn't say the file is to big it just does not do anything! But I have a photo of the Stealth Logo I made.
pepsie Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 ^zip the file and upload it for download instead streaming... Â PS. your picture doesn't work for me.
jason10 Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 It still does not work. It comes up with cannot find server when it is done.
jason10 Posted June 3, 2006 Author Posted June 3, 2006 oh well who cares. The Six Flags England Media/opening day took place yesturday so I will send you some pics and so far the park has been open for like 5 mins and there is already nearly 2000 peeps in the park!
jason10 Posted June 14, 2006 Author Posted June 14, 2006 Just bumping this to first place. No one will look at it otherwise.
jason10 Posted June 14, 2006 Author Posted June 14, 2006 Poop. Forgot let me take some and I'll send then in an hour or less!
weeow Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 this is my kind of park! did you use siderman music for the superman teaser?
jason10 Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 Yep. At first I thought it was weird but then it had good atmosphere.
jason10 Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 Here are those twice late pics i promiced! Do you know about this one? Having fun are you? Ahhhhh a couple. Maybe 2000 peeps was an exaduration! Not very popular. At the end of the park.
jason10 Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 Ok time for an update. For those of you who liked Stealth (which I'm sure you did not) then look away now. It has been removec from the park for good but it is not all bad. There will be a replacement but what is it. There has been a rumour that it will be a state of the art launching coaster. Or there could just possibly be a new area of the park but none of that is certain. Well...there we are no turning back now. The wall has finaly gone up but what will it be? The launching controlls and the switch track will be gone soon. It has gone!
kennywood!007 Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Whoa! Do you know that Superman has Hyper Trains? Anyways looking really good, can't wait for more!
steel Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 I hate to say this, but there are a lot of big errors in this park. Â First of all, Steel Venom and Talon are both names used by Cedar Fair, Six Flags' rival company. No Six Flags park would EVER use either name. Try Viper instead of Steel Venom and Tatsu instead of Talon. Â Also, please don't use Stealth for the name of a launch coaster. The UK already has a launcher called Stealth. The one you had was a clone of the existing one. Not gonna happen. Try a Batman theme - maybe Mr. Freeze or something like that. Â Finally, as kennywood!007 said, Superman has hypercoster trains. That's not a good idea for a coaster with that many inversions. Try using floorless trains. Â Other than that, the park looks great!
jason10 Posted June 20, 2006 Author Posted June 20, 2006 I do know that the UK have a Stealth already. I have riden it (you did not know that.) That is the main reason why it was taken down. I will change the names and the type of cars.
steel Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Well, I probably could have guessed that you've ridden it, seeing as it is a clone.
jason10 Posted July 2, 2006 Author Posted July 2, 2006 I know there have been hardly any updates in the longest time so I think it is time for one now. One reason why I have not been updating so much is cause of homework. Also I went to thorpe park so anyway here are the pics. (person sitting next to me... Excuses, Excuses, Excuses.) A last shot of the track. Another view of the track pieces. I'm sure you can guess what it will be by now. Track pieces have arrived!
goleafsgo Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 colossus was the most dissapointing ride ive ever been on. they just put like 6 barrel rolls at the end to make it get the record, instead of actually making it a good ride. There are only 4 'real' inversions... Â anyhoo, park looks kinda cool

There are only 4 'real' inversions... anyhoo, park looks kinda cool  Close.....But it's 5 real inversions (loop, cobra roll(2), 2x corkscrews) and 5 barrel rolls. You were right about one thing though, it's an awful ride.
Jack57 Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 how do you get scenery like six flags bus, coaster signs etc...?
jason10 Posted July 10, 2006 Author Posted July 10, 2006 It is in that leftoverz pack. http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=504139 It comes with other stuff aswell.
jason10 Posted July 13, 2006 Author Posted July 13, 2006 Well sorry for the double post but things are going pretty slow in the world of Six Flags England. They are facing a financial crisis and the new coaster construction has had to be put on hold. It all started on opening day. The electric company supplying the electricity for the park booted up their prices. I know this sounds stupid but this is a baby park and it has to get going. Then Superman ROS broke down. Turns out one of the supports had a small crack in it and they did not want it to get any worse with ridders on it. They had to take the whole support out and keep the track in place and (obviously) replace the support. That cost a lot of money. But there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Because of this park being a success, the park prices have gone up and it is Summer so all the children are in the park! There has been some proggress on the new coaster and Six Flags have come up with a name... So welcome...
