it looks like a really cool ride,do any of you know if there are any rides like that in europe?

Dollywood sure is turning intoa very good themepark,with theire woodie a few years back,this ride,and the forth-coming coaster that looks very good indeed.

I expected the rotating ring to look like a tree top. Instead it's a giant pencil? A little odd, IMO.

anything dollywood has done lately or is doing in the future is awsome if you ask me. I can't wait to ride timber tower and get back on Thunderhead. Bow down to dolly, this park rules.

^I agree! Dollywood realy does things right. I'm so glad they expanded this area. It used to just sort of wind up the hill to thunderhead and then just end. It will be nice to have a whole themed area.

It will open on April 7th in the afternoon after Media Day.

Cool! You guys get to ride your new ride Friday! Have fun! I don't know when I will get out to Dwood again. It will probably be 07 after the Eurofighter opens.
