Last I heard it was bumped to 2022 but I'm unsure since since then Paradise City have opened their hotel and casino next to Incheon instead. Like Shinhwa World, and their little theme park, I think there are requirements for opening a casino that involves having to have a amusement park/family complex of the complex so what opened was a small indoor park called Wonderbox: https://www.p-city.com/front/wonderbox/facility

Seems a lot of this casinos are mostly just hitting the requirements to get permission to build, and the parks are more there for requirements than to turn a huge profit so don't expect something too big. I mean the park above's only food is a hot-dog truck, and the gift shop is a cart. (Which still makes their food options better than the American Dream Mall)
