DirkFunk
Guys, don't you know that you need to align your expectations with bathrooms with reality? You can't expect to spend $40 to enter a theme park and $25 to park a vehicle and expect to not be infected with an STD from the toilet seat. A Chlamydia diagnosis is just part of what you should expect when you go to ride the awesome new thrill machine. Hell, I consider rounds of antibiotics and angry questions from my wife just part of the overall experience. Get with the program. (srsly doe ive heard that great adventure on muslim day was (is?) supposed to be the ultimate wtf bathroom experience in america, with people plugging up stuff intentionally to create foot washing opportunities. the worst bathroom i ever saw at a park: williams grove (lolololol) where instead of hand soap I saw COMET sitting on the sink.) larrygator
I haven't had any complaints about the SFGAdv bathrooms in over 10 years. The one service aspect of the park I'm been most impressed with in recent years.
mousch
One of the best bathrooms at a park ive seen was on the scandi trip at Linnanmaki,Themed to a racing Car Pit Lane!
SharkTums
^Linnanmaki has some other fun bathrooms too! Again, this just shows that bathrooms ARE important to your days experience and some parks should take that to heart.
Nrthwnd
I also think, some times it's nice to have a nicely themed entrance into these bathrooms, in keeping with the park's atmosphere, etc. For instance... In Tokyo Disney Sea, American Waterfront. Really nice looking. And the inside was cool, too!
Nrthwnd
Double Post, to post something I didn't remember before, but from my own home park Playland (PNE), they made do with a rather clever paint job on the bathrooms in the kid's section of the park. Very cool, I thought. Great way to do bathrooms! And the baby-changer room was on the left, there. Edited August 12, 2014 by Nrthwnd
Philrad71
^That is really cool! I agree with others that say a good theme/amusement park experience is all about the attention to detail. Why not theme the outside (or even the inside) of a bathroom? And certainly keep those damned things cleaned at all times! I was in a popular restaurant a couple of weeks ago and while the food was top notch, I went into the bathroom and it wasn't clean (pee on floor, full garbage and overflowing towels on the floor). Had to make me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooks and preps after seeing that.
