This thread will serve as a place to show my many unfinished projects.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First up is Portsmouth Park, I started Portsmouth at the start of Summer Break in hopes of finishing a park over the summer. Portsmouth quickly grew and grew and all of the sudden school came around and I wasn't finished. I have completely stopped working on this at the moment and I'm not sure if I will continue.

Overview.bmp Here's the Overview. Portsmouth is a timeline park that would have gone up to 1984.

Next up I have a little B&M megalite prototype. The layout is finished and I'm just trying to figure out the right setting for it. SCR143.BMP

Then finally for this update we have a NCS Cedar Fair park that I've been working on. (WARNING: I'm not a NCS person)

Please continue Portsmouth. I really like the look of it!

Your NCS is okay, but it could be improved.

I like the idea of the B&M Megalite, but I think the layout is short.

Everything looks nice.

Funkeymon: Theres a chance that Portsmouth will continue but at the moment it's on hold. I realize my NCS isn't great but its a fun way to be creative and when I was building the megalite I viewed it like this, it would be B&M's prototype for this kind of ride and they would really be pushing the envelope.

Happy 1 Year Anniversary To Me!

In honor of this occasion I uploaded my first, three "serious" parks to the game exchange. These three parks were all highly inspired by TPR member's parks that I would view before I created an account and joined the community. Two were built before joining and one was the first park I built while a member of the site.

Portsmouth.bmp A little spotlight on Portsmouth here. Back in the hay-day of the park this little corner was always crowded, featuring the classic 1928-woodie, Comet, and the famous 1929, Ameri-Go-Round-Carousel, it was a hit with the crowd, but now in 1984 even after the addition of White Water Rapids, guests don't seem to venture to the back of the park anymore.

^I think the carousal's building is very good, the only problem are the different roofs at the top. Maybe put a unit of white wall between the roofs or change the roofs all together. You do need some flowers to add more diverse color. Also, add some side-supports to the wooden coaster for realism. Still, great pic.

Psi- That's alright, any suggestion on how it could improve? and flowers have been added and the que cover was switched to black.

RCT2day- Thanks, I choose the two rooves to give it a less boring 1-slope roof, and there are supports on the other side.

Add some bushes under the left tree.

That X-Flight recreation (I think it's supposed to be that) looks very nice, as does the antique cars.

The reason I don't like the carousel building too much is that you can't see the carousel. Raise the roof, it would also make the entrance hut possibly hide.

Judging from the photo, it looks like the invert goes way too fast in the in-line twist if it still has the speed to go through a cobra roll. But otherwise, it looks really good! I've never had a park for 100 years!

Thanks for all the comments guys!

CC9- The trains go with the theme which will be released with the park.

Dinn- Your correct their is a small drop. The invert isn't huge so the pacing isn't too fast during the inline.

Revolution X.bmp Prepare to be Revolutionized!

Revolution was originally built in 1976 in celebration of the Bi-Centennial. It was put in the station of an old Scenic Railroad which was already falling apart and in need of rehab, so in 1981 the park demolished the station and gave it a new modern theme of Revolution: X.

Thanks guys, I will definitely try to finish this.

ATTENTION: If anyone is willing to give me a full review of the park with feedback, ideas etc. I will send you the park and you'll be one of the few to see it.
