I searched and didn't find anything related to this. What breakdowns on rides have you been on? Share your stories!

I've been on two, one on Shoot the Rapids and the other on Gemini. The STR one was fun though because between all the boats before the station was having one massive splash fight.

On Alpengeist something happened to one of the trains in the station and it couldn't leave the station. We were on the final break run for 30 minutes.

I've been stuck on the top of the lift on American Eagle and Whizzer at SFGAm. Got stuck on Spacely's Sprocket Rockets this year, and wouldn't you know it, my daughter had gotten a sudden nosebleed on the lift, so here she is stuck halfway into the station with her nose bleeding. Glad we all got exit passes!

Silver Bullet for about 5 minutes, was kinda cool to look down at the water.

Been stuck on Riddler twice, only for maybe a minute both times, was pretty interesting because you get a pretty sweet view.

Just on my past visit to Cedar Point I was on Wicked Twister and in the second cycle they completely stopped us and we sat on the launch run for some time, until they pulled back into the station. Some people think that it had picked up to much speed but thats not likely although it definently made our free 2nd ride and lot more interesting.

I got stopped on the MCBR of Voyage for about 20 minutes back in 2007. A couple times during Maverick's opening year I got "stuck" for a few minutes while the ride reset itself. The first and only time I rode HRRR, I got stuck in the station for about 10 minutes and they couldn't even release the restraints (which sucked because I had gotten stapled during the ride). Those are the only ones that come to mind.

I got stuck the very top of Mad Mouse at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion for about 20 minutes. The views were absolutely fantastic! You could see all of the park, Downtown Myrtle Beach, and down the coastline for miles! Thanks to being up there we got a lot of very unique pictures of the Pavilion and Myrtle Beach from an angle you'll never be able to see from again (until they build high-rise condos/hotels there). Quite a nice breeze up there too considering it was right next to the ocean... Oh how I miss the Pavilion.

I was stuck on the second lift hill of The Beast at Kings Island from about 45 minutes. It's was interesting. Because the second lift hill is out from the station a bit, they had to bring a van out and drove us back into the park.
