ebl Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 There wasn't enough room in the title to spell out what I wanted to ask, so I'll clarify that here. Does it count as a credit if you ride, say, a kiddie coaster where you're too tall, but a rogue ride op allows you to ride anyway? After seeing some pictures of adults riding Wile E. Coyote/Goliath Jr./Percy's Railway, I got to wondering about this. Eric
dandaman Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Does sex count if she fakes it? So I'm still a virgin? ...All right, clearly I would be anyway, but that's besides the point.
beatle11 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I guess it depends on the person and whatever you decide to count as a credit, or multiple credits. Not gonna mention any names though.
Chroniq Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 If you talked your way into riding it and you rode it, no matter what the outcome or the size, its a credit...
ebl Posted January 17, 2011 Author Posted January 17, 2011 I guess what I originally meant to ask was that if the credit was "earned" by riding a coaster while not abiding by whatever policy is in place, should it be counted. But different people count their credits in many different ways, so there really is no definitive answer. Eric
chadster Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 cha-ching, I'd count it. I've been to a few parks that I've explained to the ride-op or supervisor what I do for fun, and that getting a cheesy credit would make my day, and they laugh and say get on. They have then proceeded to laugh during and after my ride of which I think they are laughing with me and not at me.
cal1br3tto Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Is it a credit? Absolutely. I don't pick and choose what kiddie coasters I count. (Heck, I even count powered!) Just use common sense in your approach in trying to ride. ...I think they are laughing with me and not at me. Doubtful.
beatle11 Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 I don't count anything really tiny. The small Tivoli's are an example of something like that. Although many others do count them. t's really up to you whether you want to count something or not.
alilstronger Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 I say count it! And if it is a coaster no matter the size - I count it! Ya know how many wacky worms I have been on.
mcjaco Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 I don't count anything really tiny. That's what she said!
beatle11 Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 ^Haha! Wacky Worm doesn't count! I can't believe I walked right into that.
