Hopefully some people will ride it and tell me I am completely insane or something... Yes it does run 3 trains Hope people like it. Damnit... coasterfreak101 Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 It took me like an hour, but I finally got it on my 5th design! Here's the info: The name is Balder II. Why? Because there would be some nice airtime and forces if it was real! The beginning part is short, then the MCBR, then the long part with aitime, a helix, and more airtime. I had a hard time because of the intensity factor. The tight turns required for the plot add to intensity. How do I attatch the screenshot? imdrunk Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Hello everyone. This contest is very fun but I have come to realize that my coaster-building talents are weaker than I thought. This 15x15 restriction has been hard for me, but after viewing other entries, I see that it is possible to have a great coaster in such a small space. I think my problem continues to be my obsession of laying as much track in that 15x15 as possible. After I complete a coaster, it looks like a mess. Usually when I finish a coaster it either 1)sucks, but meets the excitement/intensity ratings; or 2)it is pretty good but isn't exciting enough. I've probably built about seven coasters in the last week and haven't been happy about any of them. I'm going to get home after work today and not get up until I'm satisfied with my entry. Time is ticking . . . .

phazan Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 i cant believe how that challenge made me. it was driving me insane trying to find a solution for the track to make it to the station without running into other parts of the coaster. i am hopping that the way i made my coaster so long will give me some votes. thanks for setting this up! 8)

I'm not going to vote for myself because I think there are loads of other coasters way better than mine. But who do I vote for? This is really difficult! Can't wait to see who wins this. And can't wait to start the new contest next week! This has been really fun!
