hyyyper
Every now and then there is a coaster that I tend to finish. This one is one of those. After a lot of Katun/Montu/Alpie sized coasters, I decided to go small this time. My goal was to mix Black Mamba, Montu, Tomb Raider and Revenge of the Mummy into one coasters. For two weeks this vacation I've been working extensively on the track, terrain and scenery. There will be an enviroment, cartexture and supports. As I am leaving for the WestCoastTour in a few hours, I'd figure I'd show you how far I've gotten. I do not need testers, but critisism and suggestions based on the pictures is always welcome. dr.gumbo
^^ Fail. By the looks of it, I'd say he is using the Object Creator. Not sure if I'm right though.
fisher1095
Sorry. He said 3D Program, and NL IS a 3D program, so I just posted that. I didn't know he meant Object Creator. I'm absolutely awful at interpreting things over the internet.

Anyways, here's a little preview
MontuWillOwnYou
Wanna build the 3ds for my new ride?
hyyyper
So, after lots of track and 3ds-building, the ride is finally done. The aim of the ride was to take a step back from the huge inverts out there like Montu and Katun, and make a little one, along Black Mamba. The ride is set in an egypt temple complex, as the egyptian theme is my favorite for coaster and other rides. The zip file contains four folders (cartextures, environments, objects, tracks). These correspondend with the folders in the NoLimits folder, so you simply copy-n-paste them. I hope you guys like the ride, I sure love it. The textures are mosty from http://www.simonoc.com and the 3ds palms are from http://artist-3d.com/ Tomb Raider.zip
Sasquatch
Convert it using the track packager and try re-posting, none of the scenery or anything worked for me!
Griffonluv
It's not hard to unpack the .zip file. Just move the proper files (cartexture, objects, environment) into the NL root folder with the cooresponding file names. It's pretty simple but takes a little while. coasterfreak101
^That's what I did. I'm no NL expert by any means, but as far as I could tell the trackwork was pretty flawless. I wasn't a fan of the little brake before the final turn, but aside from that it was all great. My only problem with the ride is that it had a great layout, but the pacing was pretty off. It ran through everything pretty slow, particularly the dive loop and the last corkscrew. Maybe a bit of extra height on the drop/less height on the elements could help with that? Compact is good! Aside from that, the environment was absolutely beautiful, the queue was really nice, and I loved it!
fernandofurey
I Agreed! Nice find .. Good stuff! Looks good man. What 3d program did you use? Thanks for sharing. ________________ Free Games | Room Escape Games
