Did it with Montu a few years back, works.

Anyways, I like that feeling where after spending a day at a park, when you sleep that night, you still feel a bit weird because your balance is screwy.

I like that feeling.

One night before a big trip, I couldn't sleep, so I went online for tips. The stupidest one I found was: think of animals as different colors(i.e blue giraffe, green monkey). It works! Weird huh?

Well anything that will keep your mind off "not being able to sleep" will make you fall alseep. Like if your laying in bed and your like I have to watch this show......You will fall asleep. But if your like I need to fall alseep you wont.

So I watch TV or if there is no TV I just think of the most complex thing ever and I fall alseep.

Think of some hard work, it should make you well aware that you are feeling a bit weak. Then think of even harder work, like chopping *another* pile of wood, or *better* vector calculations for heartlining.

You will then notice that you are way too tired for any of that stuff...
