flyby208 Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Ever had problems getting to sleep well I have found the answer and its fun to Instead of counting sheep when you go to sleep try and ride coaster that you have been on in your sleep and see how far you can get till BANG you are asleep. Yes wierd I know but I find it does work
maliboomer Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Apparently thinking of exciting things works better then counting sheep.
EpcotLova Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Totally...I did that with Top Gun and it worked...weird.
Homer Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Did it with Montu a few years back, works. Anyways, I like that feeling where after spending a day at a park, when you sleep that night, you still feel a bit weird because your balance is screwy. I like that feeling.
Richard Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 when I think of coasters in my sleep I usually experince air-time!! but I usually end up having to clean the sheets afterwards.
phazan Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 ^ewwwwwwww whenever i thnk of something fun it usually keeps me awake. i usaully do an airplane fight in my head. i know its wierd but it works for me!
Angry_Gumball Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 I've tried thinking of new designs, or things I could add to my park but I end up staying awake. Easiest solution is either imagining POV's or just think random stuff.
coasterdude5 Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 One night before a big trip, I couldn't sleep, so I went online for tips. The stupidest one I found was: think of animals as different colors(i.e blue giraffe, green monkey). It works! Weird huh?
benzo41190 Posted July 31, 2005 Posted July 31, 2005 Well anything that will keep your mind off "not being able to sleep" will make you fall alseep. Like if your laying in bed and your like I have to watch this show......You will fall asleep. But if your like I need to fall alseep you wont. So I watch TV or if there is no TV I just think of the most complex thing ever and I fall alseep.
redunzelizer Posted July 31, 2005 Posted July 31, 2005 Think of some hard work, it should make you well aware that you are feeling a bit weak. Then think of even harder work, like chopping *another* pile of wood, or *better* vector calculations for heartlining. You will then notice that you are way too tired for any of that stuff... working great for: redunzelizer
it Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 Usuallyhen i experience air time in my dreams is when i fall of the top bunk.
