I found someone who would let me go as thier guest and went to see if it is a club I want to join (for going to coaster events). With my car needing an oil change and tires, decided I would rent a car. Much to my surprise, I wanted a Malibu (expecting an 08) but got an 09. Talk about nice, I don't want to return it. Anyway, when I started to leave the rain changed to snow. Great. Final shot. These are not my best, but the conditions were bad at best. I would have taken more, but I left early (after I ate) and I had a lense fog issue in my small lense. Sun came out. Lift hill shot again. I spy game. I spy a TPR member and tpr hand outs. Nobody has this shot, This is the first time it has ever been taken. Been a awesome picture if the tree wasnt' in the shot. I blame it on the cold Water Feature Why didn't I find this parking earlier. It is closer. Non Diamond back picture....there is loopage in there somewhere. OMG a clear shot..... The Crypt....what kind of ride is this? Ride lockers Caption Contest. What is he thinking? For you tower people....oh who I am kidding, lift hill shot #5 Another Camera person. For you non lift hill poeple This is right before water touching part More humps. Is this porn for Lift hill people, up skirt shot. #4 splash down my humps, my humps Lift Hill Shot #3 Some other ride. Tower Shot OMG Trains! They are not going to do a pull through either. They are going to cycle the trains. So I heard. The Station. Do I see Air time? Camera Crews were there too. Lift Hill shot #2. I believe he is and he wears it to his job at a construction site too. Do I spy a lift hill? Someone is getting happy, right lift hill people. Not light stuff either, coming down steadily. That is not fog, that is Snow. Great day to be shooting with a dslr. Roads were fine until I got on I 74 and they were crap. Luckily halfway to Cinci the temps got above freezing and roads got better.

slither37 Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Was cool meeting you at the event. I hope I did not get on any of the TV shots so there is no proof I am such a coaster nerd to get out in that weather to LOOK at a ride.

They said everything starts up like it should, lift runs... everything is ready to start running. I'm sure it all depends on weather and making sure construction gets to a certain pointy before testing. Also, Tony Clark was there for CP and gave a sneak peak at some new improvements. Some new Signage on the way
