Fat-G Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 My first major park, based the layout on Kings Island due to exstensive Knoledge, this is NOT a Kings Island recreation Park history, SFMF opend in 2000 and was a smash hit adding more atractions like shows and a water park sooner than planned i am having trouble moving the saved pictures from the RCT file onto TPR how can i do this
triggernel Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 You kind of need to read the rules dude. You need to have screenshots with the start of a new park topic. And you spelt Fields wrong.
Fat-G Posted February 1, 2009 Author Posted February 1, 2009 sorry about that, like i said i am having trouble with getting my saved pictures out of my computer. i am trying right now though. in case you haven't guess i'm kind of new at this i just found out i cant use my pictures due to the fact that RCT 1 uses pcx photos and cannot be moved onto the post, so unless i can find another way this topic is dead. Sorry
Pufferfish Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 Get gimp or photoshop to change the file type to a jpeg or bmp. Also if the picture's resolution is larger than what is allowed, you can easily scale the image down using the exact same tools. I really recommend Gimp since it is free. www.gimp.org/
Fat-G Posted February 1, 2009 Author Posted February 1, 2009 Thanks Pufferfish i downloaded GIMP and the pictures are ready, thanks the topic is not dead and i will post the pictures soon here is a preview of the park entrance
Fat-G Posted February 1, 2009 Author Posted February 1, 2009 the reason i am doing this in RCT 1 is because my copy of RCT3 is broken, and i never did buy RCT2. so until i buy a new disc of RCT3 (which i hope is soon) i'll be using RCT1, But its not that bad of a game. now on to photos Tweedy's Flight School and Bug's Crazy Circus Show, plus the entance to picnic area and waterpark the Road Runner's Express Bigfoot the Kiddie Rollercoaster and Taz's Speedway the main kids area Loonytoons National Park including, Loonytoons Merry go Round, Bug's Wildlife Tours, Daffy's Helicopter Ride, Taz's Speedway and Bigfoot Skytower ride and the Garden Theather the park entrance with fountains and info booths
the ghost Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Looks good so far, but I don't really like bigfoot's colors. I think brown would be a better fit. Also, you may want to add a cover/shade over the ride's lines.
themeparkman25 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 For being rct1 this isnt that bad of a park. I like the six flags concept with the naming of the rides as well as the themeing. The coasters all look fun and I agree that Bigfoot should be painted a different color. I guess though Id like to see a bigger coaster put in to the park, all three of the ones you showed were all fairly short and nothing looping! And a person like you making all that money (50 million!) ((in this economy too!!)), you should have no issue at all building a cool big ride. Keep it up!
Fat-G Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 Sorry i forgot to mention that that was just the kids area, i will eventually show all the areas thanks for the replies, and now on to the photos please comment. Twisted Tembers layout Mike Fink Keelboats and the station for Twisted Tembers here is Thunder Rapids. the Ferris Wheel is Daffy's Fun Wheel in the kids section now to start the frontier section here are the firsts stations for Skylift and Six Flags Express
Xizor_Racer Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Really like the look especially for RCT1. Although I do have to agree, the colors on Bigfoot reminds me of that Fairly odd abomination at KI!!!!!
Fat-G Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 update, i have changed the colors on Bigfoot to brown track with grey supports. today i will show the parks midway, Candy Cove Mall, and DC Comics Plaza. warning, the coaster in the midway is a exact copy of another coaster, this is due to the fact that i needed a layout for the midway and this was the perfect way to do it. i'll let you pick it out on to photos and here is Bigfoots new color scheme here is the rest of the midway including Maxair double inverter and the other station for Six Flags Express. DC Comics Plaza, the shuttle loop is the Flash, and the ferris wheel is Wonder Womans Power Wheel thats right its Racer and recaR, in the future i'll be more creative the parks antique car ride, plus a the enterprise. whats that in the corner
DBru Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 Bigfoot looks much better! My only problem now is that Flash's colors are red and yellow...neither of which can be found on your coaster.
cinciDAWGS12 Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I think Twisted Timbers looks like a great woodie! This park is looking great!
Fat-G Posted February 5, 2009 Author Posted February 5, 2009 i forgot to show that the train for the flash is red and yellow. i'm adding a new coaster in DC Comics Plaza but dont have photos yets. next update i'll show a new section of the park. i'll give you a hint, "have you ever danced with the devil in the pail moonlight"?
themeparkman25 Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Uh, sounds like Swollen Members -Pressure, in which case I would be so stoked. Prevail sings it. http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Pressure-lyrics-Swollen-Members/707866EF9ADA07A24825721900208B89 But Batman is my choice, final answer.
mcjaco Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 please comment. Use proper capitalization and grammer. That's my comment. ^ Try 1989's Batman movie.
Fat-G Posted February 8, 2009 Author Posted February 8, 2009 I'm Batman The Gotham City are of the park and Warner Brothers Movie World is what the update is today Please comment New track has arrived at the park what could it be Mile High Falls, a standard Shoot-the-Cutes Ride Superman, Escape, a smaller version of the coaster located at SFMM, and Mind Eraser, a standard inverted Boomerang Stunt Tower, Extreme Drop, and Thrill Park Cinema the main area of Warner Brothers Movie World, including the Studio Catering Co. Six Flags Arena showing the Batman Begins Stunt Show, (soon to be updated with the Dark Knight). Scareacrow Fearfest, a compact B&M coaster Batman Dark Knight is a standard SLC the main area of the city with the ride Batwing
themeparkman25 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Great update! The park looks really good and I like the themeing it is using, it really follows ths Six Flags way of themeing.
