KPWoCkAxX
Project Wild Wild West [Phase One] Hey guys, It's me again! I'm back with yet another build! General Info: I began this some time this morning with inspiration from the Atari Community. Now those of you who go on the Atari forums may have seen something very similar to what i'm about to show you. I'm going to begin with a B&M Coaster named Stallion This is an overview of the coaster so far. This area currently houses a small restaurant and the enrance to Stallion. I will be building this up and turning it into a whole plaza with more places to eat, games and maybe a flat ride. More of the Plaza. This is the rides Turnaround. It's based around a lake with a nice fountain in the middle. The forest area will be built up around it. And finally the support work in the lift hill. Now I used Moby's Steel Jungle to do ALL the supports on this coaster so they may look like a Jungle for now, but i'm still getting used to them. After using Steelworx all this time which quite frankly looks naf in some places. Thanks for looking. Comments and Critisism are welcome. More soon, KP. Thelegendarymatthew
This hyper reminds me of Diamondback a lot. With the western theme and the color scheme. I do wanna let you know that steel works and steel jungle can work together. Its a pretty cool feature! I use it a lot!!! Oh if you need any help with the ride names, I can help you out. -Matt
KPWoCkAxX
Thanks! It's not names i'm bothered about at the moment it's making a POV any programs anyone can suggest?
Thelegendarymatthew
^Here's a few Camstudio Hypercam and for crappy quality a web cam. I don't know how to get a video on the game. I know, I'll save the trouble and just ask Atari!
KPWoCkAxX
News: I will be putting the POV on hold until I can get a cam that actually works, the ones suggested installed and filmed fine but when i played it back the scenery kept dissapearing and it was very jumpy. So until then that's all for now. More maybe later. Thanks ofr reading, KP.
cinciDAWGS12
Wow this is awesome! I love Stallion and its station and que line...Incredible start on this park! Keep it up!
KPWoCkAxX
Replies: cinciDAWGS12: Thanks! And don't worry I will! Thelegendarymatthew: I thought that it looks like Diamondback too! Thanks! Update: Hey guys, now I know I havn't posted for a couple of days but i've been busy with school and friends. Work on the Plaza is coming along quite nicely. Here are some pictures of progress. This is the latest building to go up, and you probably guessed it, It's another restaurante! The smaller one accross the street is now going to be classed as a small cafe, going under thr name of Cafe Rustler. It's a very nice interior and is a pretty big building! The interior is still a work in progress but is coming along nicely. An overview of the plaze so far. And lastly I leave you with this: Going Up! Going Down! Comments greatly appreciated,
Kalepi_Konei
Looks amazing so far! Really like that B&M the only thing is I'm not a big fan of the way those bunny hops at the end look. I'm more of a steeper hill guy, but w/e it's your park. As for filming try Fraps But forewarning you can only film up to 30 secs without buying it, and you need a FAST computer to do it. KPWoCkAxX
Yeah, like I said, I already tried Fraps and it just refused to install.
KPWoCkAxX
Stallion POV I finally got it to record! Check it out! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=FmLO_g6v7gI Note: You may notice the scenery around the ride is not completed, it is currently meant to be like that, but only until I can be bothered to finish adding every single tree. If the quality is a little iffy then sorry about that, it is my first ever RCT3 video. I'm sure with time i'll get better. Those of you who have done this before will probably know just how long it takes to film a POV! Because when you press the button combination in RCT3 to record a video the frame rate drops massively! It takes about 30 minutes to make a 3 minute video! Well on my PC anyway. Please enjoy the ride! Comments and Critisism appreciated. Thanks, KP. KPWoCkAxX
Plaza Update Good News: The Stallion Plaza area is making great progress! It's expanding at a reasonably steady pace. Bad News: Unfortunately the Plaza is still no where near completion. Our construction crews have been working very long hours so we're getting there. I got a few pictures whilst I was visiting today, so without further adue, here we go. Well, If you've been watching this park you will notice that this new building with the black roof (furthest) and the smaller one with the brown roof (closest) are the latest addition to the plaza. As you can see it is a very large building, The black roofed building is the warehouse, I wonder what is kept in there. And the brown roofed building is where all the parks staff gather to discuss the day they have planned out. This is subject to change. I wonder what will go here....... And lastly. An overview of the Plaza so far. More soon. Comments appreciated. Thanks for looking, KP.
cinciDAWGS12
I still think it looks good but don't warehouses normally have only a few windows? No matter what I still like where this park is going...Keep it up!
KPWoCkAxX
Replies: I still think it looks good but don't warehouses normally have only a few windows? No matter what I still like where this park is going...Keep it up! - Thanks man, You're probably right about the windows, I might have to turn it into a hotel or something. Update I've got Eleven Pictures to show you this time! It's my biggest update ever. Although there's not really that much to see. So without further delay, Here they are! I'll start with this, Do you recall that space that needed filling? Well.... I did! It's a Twister named 'Twister'.... It's the parks 2nd ride! Entrance Construction Week 1 This week I turned up only to see this. It's the parks brand spanking new entrance building, The first floor houses the restrooms, whereas the second floor is the new staff room. Entrance Construction Week 2 The second week I turned up these were here, They are ticket booths! Pretty snazzy eh? Fences, shrubs and trees are still to be added. They've still not got that roof on I see! Entrance Construction Week 3 Wow! That's much better! They finally got the roof on! It's about time if you ask me. Now that the windows, roof and paving is completed all the planting can take place! This park is growing fast, It's without a doubt my best work yet! And finally I leave you with yet another overview shot. Comments and critisism are greatly appreciated. Also if anyone knows where I can get some Diagonal fences that would be greatly appreciated also. Thanks for looking, KP.
monkeyoverlord71
Looks nice so far but it will look better when you get tree's in and stuff. I'm interested to see where you go from here, possibly a woodie? I'm sure what you have planned will be great!
kamikazewatermelon
Nice park, and you mightwant to change the topic title. it's 10/10, not 9/10.
cinciDAWGS12
I think the entrance building looks very good but it could use some color. But I'm sure the color will come with the trees and flowers I know the midway is nowhere near completion but when you get to that don't forgot to add shops and restaurants. This park is looking good! Steffen_Dk
I think it looks really nice, however, I also think that the version on Atari and this are very much alike. Personally I think it's a shame the fact that you didn't create your own layout - it would have been much better (and more personally)
KPWoCkAxX
Replies monkeyoverlord71 - Thanks! I have absolutley nothing planned, I'm just seeing what looks nice and going from there. kamikazewatermelon - I posted it on the 9/10 which was last night, I live in England. Don't worry trees are on the way! cinciDAWGS12 - Thanks! I wouldn't call it a Midway as such, but it will have other spinoff paths. Steffen_Dk - You're right about the coaster, I was thinking that too, I will however be altering the layout and maybe add an inversion or two. Thanks for the comments guys, Work is still going on, I really don't want to give up on this park!
KPWoCkAxX
I wonder what it is...... It's not really the best teaser in the world but.... Any ideas?

KPWoCkAxX
Update I'm really proud of what will be featured in the next few update, here is the first bit of progress. I'm going to kick this update off with a logo. This is the logo for Stallion, it now has a slogan! Well, Intamin have kindly decided to manufacture us a coaster! It's called bandit, here are some pictures of it's current status. Well, as you can see it's going to be another open air station building. It's looking good so far! Thanks for looking. Until next time! Note: I was to lazy to edit the pictures for this post, it wont happen again.

traincrossin
Wow, this is looking like a great park! Stallion looks amazing and full of airtime. Bandit looks cool, and the buildings are coming along. Just make sure you have an assortment of flat rides and not just coasters. If you're still having trouble with in game filming, here's a great page to check out. http://www.steveng.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/rct/vids.php
DBru
Wow, love that logo. The new Intamin isn't looking half bad, either! What do you mean you didn't edit the photos? I don't see anything abnormal...
