The "wrong placed" add

I haven't seen something like his on this site before, so I thought I would make one.

 

Just post a picture of an add that is placed in the wrong section

 

Example:

Say a report is talking about 911, and plane crashes and such, and there is an add at the bottom saying you can get 13,000 free frequent flyer miles on Southwestern airlines.

 

So, I'll go first:

Years ago one of my clients (CIT Group) ran a newspaper ad with a headline "Buried in Debt". One newspaper placed to ad in the obiturary section.

 

We at the Ad Agency and those at the client were not happy.

I think ads show up like that on websites based on what the story is about. Like sometimes on myspace when you're looking at someone's picture there will be photography ads on the side of the page. Sometimes they can just end up being funny like that coffee one.

At the paper I used to work for, the classifieds were outsourced and never, ever ran correctly. My favorite was the time they listed an ad for a portable hunting toilet under "Reducing Equipment."
