coasterdude5 Posted March 21, 2008 Author Posted March 21, 2008 Update Year 1 Construction Hola mis amigos. Como estais? Agua! Mucho! Mas, pronto!
Vffreak07 Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 I dunno if I like the water rides' supports. They look too crate-ish.
Twister II Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 It's looking awesome! Just a couple things that might help a little; - Put some more rocks around the flume. - Put the flume over water, especially on flat parts. If you can find the cheat to put it IN the water, even better! - Make sure your buildings aren't getting repetitive (ie the windows), switch it up some! - Work with the waterfalls terra forming more, don't want it to be too 'sharp' looking if you know what I mean. Rocks, foliage, and terrain textures/colors will help a ton!
coasterdude5 Posted March 22, 2008 Author Posted March 22, 2008 ^ Thanks, I'll take those into consideration. Update Year 1 Construction Hola mis amigos! Starbucks is not finished just yet. A unique "SplashPath" will run parallel to the normal path near the yet-to-be-named agua ride. Un restaurante! Mas, pronto!
Vffreak07 Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 Wow! I like everything about this. Me wants more rides though.
DBru Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Wow, simply wow... amazing! One thing; I hope you don't do anything else to the exterior of the Starbucks. It's just perfect how it is, beautifully detailed, but not OVERLY detailed. Does that make sense?
AlmereStars Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 your really paying attention to the details! I like that I don't have the patience to do that, great job!
coasterdude5 Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 Update Year 1 Construction Hola! Estamos trabajando todos los dias!! La vista es muy bonita. The entrance to Rico y Loco has been rebuilt. The view down the hill towards the entrance. Mas, pronto!
DBru Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Wow, the entrance plaza in that last picture looks amazing! Did you use the Spanish CS Set to make it? I tried to download it, but its dead...
knottslover77 Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 I love what youdid with Rico y Loco, keep it up. --Jay
kraken613 Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Looks really good! When will construction be over with?
coasterdude5 Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 Update Year 1 Construction Hola amigos! Quiero Kingdom de España abrir pronto! Some signs have been added to Rico y Loco's queue line. Work is picking up on the Historic Spain District. Inside the agua ride's queue building. Mas, pronto!
knottslover77 Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 The historic Spain picture is just mind blowing.... Yeah, that's the best RCT3 shot i've ever seen. --Jay
JuanSe_Colombia Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 Yeah that shots looks great. I can't wait to see this park open
coasterdude5 Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 Update Year 1 Construction Hola amigos! Mas Rico y Loco por la noche! Across the lagoon... Mas, pronto!
coasterdude5 Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 Speaking out of character here... Hey guys I need your help. I've built this helicopter contraption as the final ride for Phase I (there are others you haven't seen yet) but I'm not sure whether I like it or not so that is where I need your help! I'm going for something different but I'm not sure if it works. I also need something that would connect the ring supports to the track better... they're almost there! Here's the overview. If I keep it (still need a name) I would add a water fountain show between the tracks. I'd appreciate any feedback.
DBru Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 I like it, and its really unique! But, I think its a little out of place. It's just kind of....busy, and unnatural? Did anyone else have those feelings. It will still be fine if you kept it, fore the park is just amazing. But I'd prefer you didn't.... Sorry
Moose Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 That ride looks really cool, just not sure it fits well with what you've got going here in general. If you can make it blend in with the rest of the park (which i have faith that you can do), keep it.
