Looking into the new plaza from the main path. Here's a shot of Alcazar from a few weeks back. It was removed quickly and quierly. You can't see it from here, but there's actually a large "hole" in the building they used to get track out. I screwed this shot up! Here is some Alcazar track waiting to head to the scrap yard. I translated it into english: KINGDOM DE ESPANA - Kingdom de España unveiled plans today for a new massive attraction that will become the park's largest ride: AVISPA - a massive steel rollercoaster. Avispa will utilize floorless trains that will give riders a unique "flying" sensation as they speed through the ride's six inversions. Riders will be sent through a massive vertical loop, dive loop, zero-g roll, cobra roll, and the world's first enclosed loop on a floorless coaster. The ride is a product of Bolliger and Mabillard who are well-known in the industry for creating great rides. Park officials hope to beat last season's record attendance levels. Avispa will complete the Phase I of the park and will connect both sides of the park allowing for easy access to all attractions. Seaon passes are on sale now. This rendering shows the second loop (far left) without the building. The first drop! Mas, pronto! I'm leaving for vacation on Sunday, so there will be no updates until Friday.
