So what exactly does one win? I was looking on the website to find a description of the prize. Airfare? Lodging? Tickets?

It looks to me you only win single day entrance to the park, assuming your not a passholder.

 

And the rules state you can only enter once, but one is all it takes

Correct. You win 2 tickets, one for the winner and 1 for the guest.

 

I've already checked their calendar, they are open all day that Friday.

 

Prize (20): An invitation for winner and one (1) guest to attend the First To Ride event at Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg, VA. Event includes two (2) park single-day admissions (if winner and/or guest are not already a season ticket holder) and the opportunity to ride the “Griffon”, the park’s newest roller coaster. To be eligible to ride the Griffon a person must be at least 54” (or 4 ½ feet) tall, per the safety requirements and park rules. If any guest does not meet the height requirements, you may still accept the prize and that guest will not be able to ride the Griffon. Transportation, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Exact date of the event will be determined by Sponsor at a later date. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $209.90. If winner cannot accept a prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,198.
