Vffreak07 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Well, I'm back. I had a great time at an okay park. I looked at the um. . . 08 site, and nothing has been touched, but I can easily see where the station will be. It'll probably go right by where home plate is. I took some pics in general for your viewing pleasure. : ] Enjoy. Soon to be replaced by. . . _____________________- A shot of Pepsi Ripsaw. The logo and all of it's um. . . yeah. Nothing can replace that inflatable snoopy. . . except for a treehouse? Awesome ride, stupid guns! Mmm. Ferris Wheel=Delicieux The unique Tumbler ride. More hott Ferris Wheel action. Tumbleness. I love the theming on this ride. Ouch. Double Ouch. Triple Ouch! What's four again? Yeah. . . all over. Awesome logo. Timberland Twister's Mess of Supports. Yum. Double Yum. Triple Yum! Meh. Yeah! Tickets. A shot of the whole park. Bye bye fun day!
Erik Johnson Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Hmmmm...For some reason I can not see the photos. Try just posting them directly to TPR, instead of having links to them.
Canobie Fan Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I can see all but 2 or 3. You messed up the IMG tags.
Vffreak07 Posted February 19, 2007 Author Posted February 19, 2007 Haha, sorry, I was in a rush. I'll fix them.
RCFreak Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 worked for me. Great pics! Man I miss Tampico Tumbler.
jedimaster1227 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Didn't they use the MOA as the setting for Baby Geniuses?
Gorwingel Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Glad to see that it looks like it hasn't changed too much... always going to miss the Camp Snoopy theming. I rode Ripsaw over and over and over when I was a kid, and the log flume is one of my absolute favorites. I'm assuming that they got rid of the random plug for Boysenberry syrup though? Nice TP!
Sticky Nicky Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 What day did you go? I was there on Friday the 16.
Top Thrill Dragster Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Great TR! Your photos of the Tumbler makes me miss the Tumbler even more at Knotts.
crazyrider06 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Nice pictures, i enjoyed looking at them
Coastercameron Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. But did you seriously expect to be able to "see" anything for 2008 yet. Nothing is even closed yet. Kids Quest and New Horizons closes on the 28th, and Mine Ride's closing date is still unannounced. And about where the station is going, you are a ways off. Stay tuned for more info.
steel Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Didn't they use the MOA as the setting for Baby Geniuses? That was actually Circus Circus. Pretty good PTR. I can't believe you think Mighty Axe is painful! IMO, it's one of, if not the, best ride in the park! Wait-- scratch that. PBLC is better.
RCoasterny Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 I'd better get to MOA before there's no more Zierer Hexentanz (Witch Dance) in the USA !
