rustyinpeace Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I'm a pretty screwed up mutt with relatives coming from pretty much everywhere. The largest ones are Mexican, Caucasian, and Italian. Then the'res the smaller ones being indian (don't ask me what tribe), Irish, and asian.
rcjp Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 ^^Also agree, although I think rally is even more exiting due to the unpredictability of the course.
BigBomer Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Well, I think NASCAR is a bit boring, so i'll have to go with Formula One. I wish for the day when Raceism can end and we can appreciate all types of races.
Midgetman82 Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Black/African American. Either/or, I think.
larrygator Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Is a native of Africa with dark skin called an African/African? I remember working with a gentleman of English descent who was born in South Africa. He was seriously confused about what would happen if he became an American citizen and his kids started checking off African American on financial aid forms. Would the government think he was trying to make a mockery of the categorization?
Midgetman82 Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 ^That's a tough one. My guess is they'd probably be considered true "African American" (while most others who've been in the states the longest are "black"). Besides, don't they put the two together anyways to avoid confusion? Like on a check box, you'll see: "African American/Black".
