So I went to see this film on Sunday night. Its only playing at one theatre locally so that was kind of a hassle.

Anyways, it was an ok movie. Its not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to end up more documentary type but instead was more drama. It didnt seem like a finished movie. I think there should have been an extra 20 minutes.

Maybe they should just make a movie about how life will kill you.

Imagine the hype! The Horror! The Shocking Truth!

Death: The Art Of Endings!

Only life leads to Death. Without life, there could be no death. With every step, every breath, you're one step closer to that last Amtrac station.

Fast Food? Merely a stepping stone. Fast Food is a minor player and you can live without it. Just try living without air? The air we inhale is far worse than fast food and has been proven lethal in many parts of the USA.

"Super size me" caused me not to eat Mc for few months but now I am back to pig myself.

I dont want to see the new film as it is always hard for me to eat meat although I love meat.

When I eat meat I never think about it as a dead animal and if someone makes any comment like (poor fish, cow etc) I stop eating .

Once I ate lamb and stu[id friend started to sing "Mary HAD a little lamb" ... that was enough to makes me loose my apetit for any lamb or meat for that day.

He didn't gain a pound. He did it to prove to his students how important excercise is. They also learned their lesson. You CAN eat fast food three times a day and remain healthy.

Just because you may not gain weight eating fast food three times a day does not mean you will remain healthy. I'm not referring to you here because since I don't know you I have no idea what you think on this subject, but I hate when people assume that just because someone is of an average weight that they are healthy. I know tons of people who aren't over weight in the slightest but they are very unhealthy. I have a friend who eats junk food all day and never exercises and she's still very thin, she's an ectomorph so that's just the type of body she has. I agree with everyone who said that eating fast food on occassion isn't unhealthy. I'd say a few times a week is pushing it, but you can still remain healthy doing that. But, eating it three times a day is not healthy, regardless of how much you weigh and how much you exercise. You're just not giving your body the nutrients it needs to function to the best of its ability and you're taking in way too much fat, cholesterol and sodium for your body to handle.

Yes, exercise is extremely important, and if his lesson was 'if you exercise you can eat fast food three times a day and wont necessarily gain weight' I wouldn't be commenting, but telling them it's healthy is just giving them false information. Weight isn't the only factor in health.

These movies are made for more entertainment value then not. Sure theres facts in there, but its nothing we havent already heard numerous times and its getting old. Ill still eat fast food and meat and love it. Corporate America will always be corrupt. Yep everyone, we are still technically dying every day since we're born. Maybe Id watch this for free on the discovery channel or something, but as for paying to see a movie, Id rather see something that costs millions to make instead of employing illegal aliens for cents on the dollar

I don't understand why so many people stop eating McDonalds because of "Super Size Me". If you stop eating McDonnalds, you might as well stop eating Cheatos, (Sp?) Oreos, Soda, T.V. Dinners, and anything else of that nature. i'm not trying to be so negative, but I just don't understand the majority of people who give up McDonald's because they thought it "Super Size Me".

Going back to food service and fast food - There are currently regulations for food service and employment which are regulated by the FDA and OSHA. They cannot do all of the work though. It is the job of the members of society to bring problems to their attention. These organizations are basically getting away with murder.

This isn't even about fast food. Sure, it is a fast food premise that the move is based around. But this is more of a human rights issue. Like I said before, shouldn't we strive for some sort of perfection and not settle just because?

Well then maybe the employees being subjugated should say something.

yeah... i gave all those things up years ago... never looked back. I see my freinds who struggle with health problems while I'm healthy and happy... I was a vegan, then a veggie.,... now I eat fish and chicken, but the chicken must be free range.. i eat little to no High Fructose Corn Syrup (thats what will kill ya.) and almost nothing fried (tempura ill make exceptions for). The only oils are Olive and Grapeseed... its touch with our main market culture being trash junk food. But, It's worth it.
