I drove past Wonderland yesterday and spotted something exciting.

I will post more as soon as something else happens.

Here we have a Construction shot, Through the railings. Just need a Verticle loop in there and some boobs and it would be the best TPR pic ever.

I'm not a fan of spinning coasters, but hopefully it is a nice little coaster. However I doubt a small family coaster can help the park survive once DubaiLand opens.

Was that rotoshake relocated from a US park? Perhaps Knott's? I believe they had the same theming on theirs.

Yes that is the Rotoshake from Knotts.

Not quite sure how Wonderland afforded it because the park is never very busy.

 

They did have some rides last year that were owned by someone else and had a seperate cost to ride.

 

The Spinning coaster looks very similar to the one that was at the Global Village last year so that may only be there temporaraly as well.

 

Will try and get some updates later today.

Yeh, I have spent ten years in Dubai making up credits with crappy powered coasters and finally we are getting some real credits

Here is an update from Today, Thursday

I wont be able to get back there Til Sunday, so I would imagine it will be finished by then.

They dont really seen to know where any of the bits should go.

And they are moving the bits of track around.

The Rotoshake is at a funny angle again.

There was a lot of standing aroound and looking at the plans going on today.

Something is finally happening on site.

They seemed to be having a little trouble placing this section.

No. Its not. I was at GrandPrix a week ago.. And BOTH parks coasters were still on site (and the mouse was still set up)

I have a feeling that it is a touring mouse that was in Dubai last year for the shopping festival. It certainly looks like the same model though.

They have finally got quite a lot of track in place over the past few days.

The Rotoshake still seems to be parked at a slightly jaunty angle.
