I guess it is now official that USO/IOA is now offering the rumored Premier Annual Pass. For a mere $100 more you can upgrade from your Preferred Annual Pass to the Premier one, though the expiration date will remain the same of your Preferred Annual Pass. So what more do you get with this new pass?

 

* One free night admission to Halloween Horror Nights (Sept 29, 30, or any Sunday-Thursday event night)

* Unlimited Universal Exrpess Plus ride access after 4:00 PM

* Free Preferred self parking every time you visit

* Free valet parking (excluding holidays and special events)

* 8 Free bottles of Zephyrhills water at either park

* All club access at CityWalk for the Passholder 7 nights a week.

* All club access at CityWalk for one Passholder guest Sunday-Thursday

* On-site hotel benefits during your hotel stay:

-Free access to hotel fitness centers while staying on site.

-Complimentary room upgrade upon arrival based on availability

-Suite upgrade for $50 upon check-in

-20% off spa services at the Mandara Spa

Pretty cool idea from Universal. The 8 free waters alone saves you roughly an arm or a leg.

 

edit: Does it come with a necklace like the Platinum passport at Busch? I NEED to show my vast superiorty over the commoners when I visit the parks!

Are they going to offer this on the pay by month plan...I doubt they will, but it does not hurt to ask.

About the only thing on the list I don't care about is the golf balls and spa... I think I will definately be upgrading!!

Wow... that seems like a great deal! Especially the Unlimited Express Pass, water, room upgrades, and free parking (usually valet!) Crazy...

Sorry, Flexpay is not an option with the Premier AP, but current Preferred AP holders can upgrade for $100 + tax.

Thats a pretty cool deal. Though I still liked it better back when the parks were run really well and I could get a 2 year preferred annual pass for $129.99 and could visit the park even during the busy season and have the ability to get 2 free express passes at the same time.

 

 

Why would you need golfballs anyway when Universal doesn't own a golfcourse?!?!

I got mine in the mail today too, but for $100. extra just for 9 months and basically I can renew my annual pass 3 times for the price of one premier pass year.

I think I'll keep mine the way it is, for now.

If I went when it was busy more, then the express pass would help, so would the premier parking. But I try to go out of season and on weekdays, so none of that's a factor.

Or if I went to the clubs, it would come in handy too, but I don't, cuz I'm a loser

Now if it was 8 free bottles of water a visit, maybe that would sway me.

C'mon Universal, I've been a loyal Preferred Pass holder for years now, throw me a bone.

I guess Premier is the new Preferred, damn you Universal, I'm middle class one again.
