Spare Parts - Where do they get them...FLIPDUDE replied to bgwfreak's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! Well I dont know about those situations specifically but I know that often parks ask one company to make trains for/change the trakc of another company's coaster. so I figure theyc ould just order said wheels/parts/whatever from other companies. or if its small stuff like wheels or bolts or whatever they can just go to a company that specializes in steel wheels/bolts/whatever, which isnt necessarily a coaster company.

I guess it is, because it does flip you over. (though it doesnt have to flip you 180 degrees to be an ivnersion. inclined loops are nversions too). Though if you translate "inversion" to hebrew(and i assume other languages too) its called(freely translated) "upside-down-er." meaning its not an ivnersion. So something gets lost in the translation.

^^It's not a coaster. I think even Jeff Johnson might agree. Zip lines are basically ropes streched form a hgih place to a low place, which have a pulley or wheel or whatever placed ont op of them with something hanging off of htem like a chair, a harness, a rope, or in this case, a weird skycoaster type taco looking thing. I have one in ym backyard htat my dad made when I was littl ebut sadly now that my feet reach the ground from the very highest point its used mostly as a clothing line. As for the subject of the topic... HOLY **** THAT LOOKS AMAZING!!! I really would love to give it a go. I've been on rediculously tall zip lines but that's insane. Reminds me of a zip line someone showed in a PTR recently where the top of hte zipline was a skyscraper. If I'm ever in south africa I should try and remember to give it a whirl

Disneyland Paris (DLP) Discussion ThreadFLIPDUDE replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! ^Which is why I guessed it was a medical condition she was unaware of. Also, it said she's spanish, maybe it's like the case of the woman who died on Goliath at SFMM because she was from france and didn't understand the warning about medical conditions? I mean, sure those things are common knowledge to us coaster enthusiasts(and most of the common sensed general public) but for first time riders go figure.

Funniest Ride ExperiencesFLIPDUDE replied to Coasters 4 ever's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys! ^Heheheh. I find it funny. Around here there are alot of morons who spit on coasters, but the thign is, the main attraction at my home park is a boomerang, so usually it ends up hitting them back int he fact because of the inversions or reverse or I dont know what
