I hope they invest some money in Thunderhead, it is in desperate need for another retrack. -

I would hope that they will invest in a Thunderhead retrack. I do not think that there has been a real one done since Wild Eagle's opening year. It is running pretty rough. -

I was at the park this morning for about 3 1/2 hours. Everything was a walk on including Rod. The combination of it being the start of the off season and the rain storm that hit around 2:00 kept people away. I was able to score 4 more rides on Rod before heading out. I finally went around to ride several of the Alpine Coasters in the area. Those are fun. -

Rod opened with the park today and it is running great! I ended up getting 14 laps today thanks to the Unimited Timesaver. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to beat the crowds. My nighttime rides were really spectacular. You really do drop into a super abyss of darkness. My final ride happened to be in the front row. Overall favorite row is row 11. The airtime is just unreal, especially after it warms up a bit. It does get a bit darker than this. It is unreal at night. Tonight was the final 10:00pm closing night of the summer. -

It is probably because it looks like Rod is down again after the good week and a half long run it had. It went down early yesterday, it has not opened back up yet. Damn it. -

I think the current update is really great this time around. It seems pretty easy to earn all the stuff plus we get to build our own World Showcase. Easily the best update in a long time. Tokyo time now.

Where Are You Going in 2017?
Erik Johnson replied to ytterbiumanalyst's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The following Florida parks for sure: The Disney Four Sea World Busch Gardens Tampa I am doing a little Mexico City trip in April: Six Flags Mexico and a couple smaller ones. I also hope to do a small trip to New England as well: Six Flags New England Lake Compounce Six Flags Great Adventure I will probably do a trip up to Atlanta at some point for Six Flags Over Georgia. -
Maybe Animal Kingdom can get them really cheap! As the former resident fanboy of this ride, I am not really surprised if they end up getting rid of Dueling Dragons (I still think Universal secretly calls them Dumpster Dragons after what they did with the original entrance way). While I would be sad to see them go as they still run really great as individual coasters, I think that I am more sad to watch how the park operates them today. After I experienced the entire metal detector requirement on the ride, (and on a few of the other coasters) I have not set foot back in the parks.
