I am not really sure what part that was in, but it was pretty soon in the trip. I am thing up towards Newark airport. There were only 6 people in the tourney, and one of them was a worker filling the table. I was told he plays when they need people and he wins more than half the time. Hi Friends!!! The Big Mike Road Show 2008 is coming to you from Virginia this weekend! The Big Mike Road Show 2008 has been on the road now for six straight weeks, and it was time to add a little relaxation time into the tour along with a few new parks. The Road Show stopped at Planet Fun in Maryland last night on the way to our vacation spot in Virginia. As requested by Beemer Boy, the poker tourney will come first, then the Planet Fun photos! Big Mike always likes to please his readers. On a VERY serious note though, I am REALLY starting to think that this Big Mike Road Show 2008 may be getting out of hand. In the past few weeks, people are getting WAYYYYY to carried away while The Big Mike Road Show Caravan comes driving down the highway. I know it is an impressive sight to see it coming. I know it looks better than a Presidential cavalcade. I know everyone just wants to catch a glimpse of The Mighty Big Man.... BUT!!!!!!!!! You have to do it SAFELY!!!!! Its all about the scenery. As it climbs the lift, you almost hit the roof. I was happy to get on as I heard it was broken often. Coaster #573 for Big Mike! I just bought a card for one ride, which was $3. Here is your price list for Planet Fun. Here it is - The Haunted Coaster and it is running! On to the Planet Fun photos!! Big Mike wins the tourney! This was the winning hand as my last opponent went all in with his low chip count. Big Mike was holding 2 aces! GAME OVER! Time to go rest and relax and clear my head to get in the right mood for playing poker. Can't use up all my luck before the poker tourney! That's right, pay the Big Man!! BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big Mike always cleans up playing bingo! Time to go play some bingo. I found it hard to believe she turns the other horses on, until I saw it for myself. I still passed. She threw a tude at me when I declined. She said I must be gay since she turns all the other horses on but not me. Unbelievably, she starts talking!! It will cost you 5 haybails and 20 carrots to mount and ride me big boy. As if she read my mind, she did a spin twirl so I could check her out. If I did not know better, I would say that she was a blond horse hooker! This one horse eyed me up and walked over to me as if she wanted me. The resort is a horse farm, so I went to look at the horses. Good thing the hot rod is an amphibian vehicle! Our cabins were right on a lake but the resort was not letting you take any boats out this week. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! Here is lots to do. Tennis, basketball, softball, horseshoes. Big Mike spots his favorite! I was 10 under with one hole to go. I wound up 19 over! 29 shots on hole 18!!!! That hole was impossible! I just had to take a picture of the ball finally in the hole. Time for a round of mini golf. Hi Cameron. Always Big Mike's favorite, the activities center and game room. Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I needed the hot tub to ease the pains of non stop coaster riding. If I do not find hot bikini pictures today at Kings Dominion, I will take DRASTIC measures next weekend! I needed to go find hot bikini pictures for you guys, but I was presented with a closed empty pool. Yep! I knew it. Ohhhh, a whirlpool tub!! This only means trouble! With a bed this big, maybe I should have brought that female roadie along! Extra beds for other TPR buddies if they had wanted to. Another angle. The inside of my cabin. This is my cabin for the weekend! The Dave Experience! Are these Carniverous Bees????? Upon check in, I see this sign! They say not to worry. They are not dangerous? I need some help from an expert on this!!! Big Mike arrives at his vacation destination this week - Shenandoah Crossings. Weird! I was on the phone with a girl roadie who wanted me to stop by for a quickie. As I talked, I saw this sign. The high speed and the sudden braking to hop out of the car in time to take a picture was too much for this car to handle. REMEMBER - LAST WARNING! This car had raced ahead of me a while back to get far enough ahead of me to get a picture. I KNEW it as soon as I saw the smoke! The Big Mike Road Show has caused ANOTHER accident on the roads.

Just a quick update from poolside everybody!! Planet Fun, even though I was warned that the coaster may be closed, was a success!!! Count one more credit for the Big Man. Tomorrow is Kings Dominion, see everyone there!!! I am still on the hunt for hot bikini pictures as I write this, so far not much luck. I still have a few hours of sunlight left though!!!! I agree the Pacific Northwest is a hot spot for me in the upcoming years. I am running out of places to visit and there and Denver and Utah seem to be on my target area for upcming trips! Too bad I missed you by a day in Florida this past year Peace, Big Mike

Now that Six Flags New England has cancelled the new coaster, The Big Mike Road Show 2008 was going to make our way up there and get the 2 credits that are still outstanding and ride Superman a whole bunch of times. BUT... Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are going to have to turn the whole caravan around and head south once again. Due to some glitch in Big Mike's Condo Club, Big Mike's points are going to expire by the end of this month. So without much time to use them and not many selections left to choose from, The Big Mike Road Show is now going to take a recreational break in Central Virginia in a 2 bedroom cabin on a horse farm in a town called Gordonsville. I figured the crew that puts in all the behind the scenes hard work of the Road Show deserved some down time, so Thursday night and all day Friday we will be soaking up the sun, riding some horses, relaxing in the pools and jacuzzi, and looking for hot babes in bikinis. So Big Mike will be "in the area" of a few parks, some of which is still not open for business yet, and has made a Pre-Dominator decision to come back later in the season for the rest of these credits. The NEW schedule for this weeks Big Mike Road Show will take us to Kings Dominion this Saturday at opening to claim two more new credits and then off to Planet Fun in Maryland sometime Saturday night for another credit on the way back to our base camp at Big Mike Headquarters. Big Mike will also try out the new Picnic buffet at Kings Dominion that they are advertising on thier website and have full reports for everyone on that. I hope to see some new and old faces this Saturday at Kings Dominion!!!! Look for the Official Big Mike Road Show 2008 T-Shirt, then come up and say hello and join the fun! Rich, did the Bitner tour do a 3rd park out there?? I think there was a third coaster at a park up until this year. I did see the churros and when I went by the dark ride, a girl was getting off saying it sucked, so I passed on it. Carolina, unless I have sure fire plans on a certain date, you are right, I plan about midweek. If anyone can tell me when the new coaster opens at Kings Dominion, the visit will be on a friday or saturday after that. I made sure to get a picture of that midturn drop that you are talking about. Sorry Not for Sale, usually I announce where I am going, but the weather messed up my other plans. Bonafett, I am not too technical, but that ride does a circle and you can either extend or retract it to make waves. You don't really get wet. I went on one last eyar and it was pretty cool since it is different. Rick, I am just an apprentice to my idol Jeff Johnson. I did get the idea for me and the little kids in line from a previous picture I saw Jeff take one day. Nay, Broadway show or roller coastering, your always invited! Well everyone, since Kings Dominion still does not have the new coaster open yet, I am leaning towards Six Flags New England or back to Coney Island for that credit I missed earlier this weekend. Hey Friends!! Another weekend, another coaster trip to report on The Big Mike Road Show decided to take a ride out to Long Island NY this weekend and finish up the credits out that way. FINALLY! A water ride that is open in 2008! The other coaster is the Ladybug! Both coasters are back to back with each other, looking like they are going to hit each other. A view of the track. The first coaster at the park is the Hurricane! A list of the rides and how many tickets each cost too. If you are going to ride all the way out here, you need to know the prices! Adding another stop to the Big Mike Road Show, stop #12 to be exact, it's Adventureland! One mile away is Country Fair. RCDB had a coaster listed here, so I had to find out if it was operational. It was.... 10 years ago. As usual, Big Mike strikes out at ANOTHER water ride and any chance of hot bikini pictures. I think this is the first Red Bull vending machine I have ever seen. an outdoor carousel!!! I don't see this too often. Here is an indoor carousel, and about 50 feet away is.... More rides at the park. Here is the price list for the coaster and the rides I am about to show you. After an exchange of more insults, we leave with a mutual respect for each other. He sticks his tongue back out at me. "Your still a loser for driving all the way out here to ride me." Yeah! Credit number 572! I stick my tongue back out to the coaster. "I got you!" If this coaster gets stuck on the lift hill and we have to do an emergency evac, I am falling right through these steps for sure. I got in line with some other hardcore coaster whores. Looks exciting. Time to go ride. The usual lift hill shot from Big Mike. Here is the coaster. This coaster is not laughing at me like most, but sticking its tongue out at me. Since this is an out of the way park, I figure most of you have not seen the layout. Here is the reason I drove all the way out here, The Family Coaster. First stop, Boomers! First, I had to go over the George Washington Bridge where you are not supposed to take pictures. I am a rebel. Woke up and checked out the weather report for SFNE and decided to put the top down and head out to Long Island instead.

Thanks for the update. I was going to go today but I heard people saying that SROS would not be running still. I got my parking pass at SFGA last week, they just added the word "parking" to my season pass. Looking at your pics, they are way behind Great Adventure for thier new ride.
