Hi there great Friends!!! The next stop on The Big Mike Road Show 2008's Heart of America Tour was All Star Adventures in Witchita Kansas!! I had called ahead and was told one of the two coasters were just for kids, but that has never stopped Big Mike from trying before. Hope you enjoy! You can even ring the train bell while riding! Thank goodness I was blessed with the great looks that hot babes swoon for. I don't know if it was my reasoning, The Official Big Mike Road Show T-Shirt, or my charisma with the hot babes, but the Big Mike Magic has worked again!!! I stated my case to her that if FOUR tigers can ride in one car, then ONE Big Mike should be able to also! 1 ticket. Time to work some Big Mike Magic on the female ride operator! The train. The Safari Coaster! (The kids only ride) The new extra value packages! The prices. One of the few little parks I have ever visited that charged a general admission price plus individual tickets. I cannot say with any certainty before this year, but since the coaster season started on March 23 this year, the longest span without riding a coaster has been 14 days! This Big Mike Road Show 2008 has kept me very busy!!! Peace, Big Mike

Hello Friends!!!!! The Big Mike Road Show 2008 Heart of America Tour continued its trek, this time arriving in Oklahoma and a little kiddie park named Kiddie Park actually. The place was closed but I thought The Big Mike Readers deserved to see any amusement park, no matter how big or how small! One day maybe a dad or family living near there will want to go or just found out from me that the park existed and will have a fun day there! So whenever anyone needs to check out a tiny park that is not in the main TPR gallery, you know to come to The Big Mike Road Show thread, because there is no doubt Big Mike will have visited it sooner or later A funny story about this park was that I knew it was going to be closed, but I just wanted to check it out and see what it looked like. I pulled up and as I strolled around, I came upon a lady sleeping in her car by the roller coaster. I tried to be quiet as I was taking pictures and not startle her, but she woke up anyway. We talked for like 20 minutes and she was pretty darn hot! She comes to this spot by the roller coaster under a tree and takes a nap everyday she says. She told me all about the park and all the memories she has growing up there visiting the park since she was a kid. It was a nice chat and brightened my day, especially when she asked about my Official Big Mike Road Show 2008 Tour Shirt! Well her lunch hour ended and she left without a good bye kiss, but if you ever see her sleeping under the tree, tell her Big Mike says hello!! Hope you enjoy! Peace, Big Mike Remember the river nearby? Just like Knoebels, they like to mark the flood level. I had thoughts about hopping into this train too like the last trip report, but passed on it. The Santa Fe railroad too. This could be the first TPR trip report with a gushing derrick in it! Right outside the park they are debuting this addition. Notice the big river flowing nearby. Here are some other rides at this amusement park. You then traverse a big forest of trees. Turn the corner and another dip to keep you awake. The lift. You come out of the station and dip deep down into the Earth! This is an overview of its course. ... but it is actually called the Little Fire Ball and this is its train. They have this sign set up calling the coaster the Little Dipper... There is no prices listed because it is very easy to remember, ALL rides are just a quarter! You thought the last park I visited had limited hours, this one is barely ever open. Kiddie Park in Bartlesville Oklahoma! I got a PM saying that my face is in too many of the pictures, so JUST THIS ONCE, I will satisfy that person (you can probablt figure out easily who said it) and this will be the only picture of Big Mike in this report! Hey Friends!!!! I know a lot of you still don't know Big Mike and the power and wisdom he has in all football in general. Let it be known now that when BIG MIKE says it is LOCK CITY, IT IS LOCK CITY!! I understand a lot of you don't understand football betting, so let me explain the above bet. I picked two games, and I told you to TEASE them! Look above! A tease bet is when you take two bets and you have to win BOTH to get money! Since you have to win BOTH, you are allowed to move the point spread in your favor. 2 teams - 6 points. 3 teams - 9 points. 4 team teaser - 12 points. Thus with my two team teaser, the actual bet looks like this moving it 6 points: Arizona +3 1/2 over San Fransisco. Jets/Dolphins over 30. The FINAL scores: Arizona 23, San Fransisco 13. Adjust the tease and I win 26 1/2 to 13. Jets 20, Dolphins 14 - total 34. Adjust the tease to 30 and the over wins. Thus, that is two for two and Big Mike has paid for 1/12 of the TPR trip already!!! Hello Friends!!! Continuing along on The Big Mike Road Show 2008 Heart of America Tour, this stop is North Little Rock Funland!!! This is another park that is not listed on the Theme Park Review directory! The Theme Park Review Directory says it has reviews of over 400 parks, and with Big Mike's help this trip, now they can boast 408 Hope you enjoy! Peace, Big Mike OK, that was a lie too but there is only so much excitement you can put into a report from a closed park BUT, now we can add this park to the directory too! Hope you enjoyed! Peace, Big Mike Now this is NOT a lie. I started this baby right up and took a lap around the park! Well the last few pictures were a lie, but it made for a good story! I noticed this train as I was leaving. Credit #694 for Big Mike! I had to take a picture of me riding for proof! BAM! The coaster comes to life and after doing a few laps, I have to jump in as it is moving! I KNEW I would fit! I notice that the power shutoff was unlocked and with one pull on the lever, the power is on! I wonder if I could start it since no one is here to catch me? There is absolutely no one in the park at all, no security whatsoever. Since I had free roaming priveledges throughout the park, I figured I would take some pictures of the other rides for The Big Mike Readers. Here is a car. I just know I could have fit in there except for the lake on the seat. Here is the train. Here is an overview of the whole track. There is a 42 inch, 90 pound weight limit to ride, which after a few phonecalls before the trip, I had permission to take a lap before it broke down. This ride is so intense, there is a 2 back to back ride limit! The Wildcat! The Wildcat is closed, along with 2 other rides. There are not many rides here to begin with. Here is the park map, which included a lot of other fun stuff in the park. They run a very limited schedule and I knew they would be closed for my visit, but Big Mike needed to do his part to make Theme Park Review even better! Here are the prices. Hey Friends!!! I figure with the big storm coming over the weekend and Coney Island closing down, I am betting tonight will be the last day of operation. Since Hard Rock Park gave me the shaft by closing all weekend, plus I have a hot babe that called me up and said she always wanted to see Coney Island and now it is closing, The Big Mike Road Show 2008 will divert the caravan and head to Coney Island tonight!!! Of course, I will try to persuade my hot babe date to also stop at Adventurers to get that one credit that was not open earlier in the year, and also see if Kids N Action is still open too! Also, "Operation First Kiss" on top of Deno's Wonder Wheel will be put into motion tonight with the hot babe also!!! Wish me luck See you all at Coney Island tonight to pay our final respects!!! As I read through them all, I really cannot complain about any of the picks as I was selected to participate this year and voted with the majority of them. Of course they got some wrong according to Big Mike, but what can you do. It was a great laugh to see El Toro ranked 4th behind Thunderhead and Phoenix LOL. Now thats a joke! The WORST part about reading this poll is when I read the Top 50 steel coasters and I have been on 48 of them already!!! I am not sure what it was. I usually take a few pictures of each sign so I can pick the best one just in case I look dorky, but this was the only one I took of that sign.
