  1. ^Jeff, I think people are getting tripped-up on your word choice in the thread's title. Maybe if you reworded it to something along the lines of "your favorite..." instead of "the best," maybe, just maybe, the whining would come to a halt.
  2. I love kids and would love to have one, MAYBE two kids. A few years down the road, once my career and income are stable enough, we'll probably look at adopting or surrogacy. Then again, it IS Virginia...
  3. ^You know, I did take what you mentioned into consideration when I was typing earlier, but I really don't see how it would be too much different as other Arrows are still a bit rough on me.
  4. Aside from ferris wheels, I tremble at the thought of a Vekoma.
  5. Yeah, there are WAY too many people who love to point fingers at other people for things that were mostly brought onto themselves BY themselves (woah, sorry that was wordy). Aside from medicinal side effects and heredity, my being obese is pretty much a direct cause of the choices that I have made over the years and still make today. Granted, medicine, heredity, mental/physical disorders DO have an affect on why a person is obese, I feel that a person must take up responsibility for his/her own behavior and make a positive change is he/she chooses to do so. Then again, we've all heard of the notorious fast food conspriracy where they sneak into people's homes and shove high-calorie foods down unsuspecting people's throats. They're just terrible...the cause of all society's problems, really. BTW... I love how the creator of this thread cleverly intergrated his/her opinions into the poll response options.
  6. I just wanted to say that I rode Drachen Fire quite a few times and while it DOES have quite a unique layout for an Arrow, the ride was total Vekoma-like torture on the neck and the head. I personally don't miss it for the purpose of riding, but I do miss it because it took up space and increased BGW's coaster count. Shallow? Maybe, but true.
  7. I chose Alpie, as I've ridden it enough times to get a good feel. Montu, I've only ridden once, so it's unfair to compare the two as it was several years ago.
  8. Yeah, I just skipped school all together that day. I don't really care about the ASVAB and didn't then either. Sorry to hear that it sucked.
  9. How so? Yeah, I don't see the comparison, Robbie.
  10. ^LOL, you can't just post something as ambiguous as that was without some sort of direction, Mr. Shepp.
  11. Does anyone else think that hurricane looks like Doug from Hoobastank in his close up? I do!
  12. Can someone explain to me what to "WING" means?
  13. HELOOOOOOO!!!
  14. Wow, I really like that sixth shot of Alpie. You usually don't see very many pictures of that portion of the ride from that side. Very nice, indeed.
  15. Yeah, my Russian/Siberian dwarf hamsters (like the one in the video) used to do that all the time. I guess it's like a rollercoaster for them...
  16. Yeah, I was actually wondering the same thing. Not that every straight man has a problem with gay people...in fact, I came out to my best friend in HS a little after we graduated. Josh was sort of middle-of-the-road homophobic (If that makes much sense), but I think once I told him I was gay, he was totally accepting and if anything, brought us closer together (don't read TOO much into that). When it all boils down to it, I need variety in my life to keep me happy. I need to be around men, women, gays, straights, younger, older, etc... people to stay happy, as I don't like to put boundaries around who/what I am exposed to.
  17. Dude...that was AWESOME!!! Thanks for sharing. I don't really like the feel of the d-pad on the Micro, at all, but still...who cares, as long as the commercial kills?
  18. Wow, I can't believe this thread JUST came about. Good times. The only ones I've ever met were Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park at FHStival in 2001 (I think that was the year). I kind of lucked out, because I left the concert early and they happened to be gettting back in their bus when I caught them. Another one I've met was Jordan from NFG. I was with my cousin at Warped Tour a few years back and he was signing stuff through the fence. It's amazing at how they actually react when you address them by their name, as opposed to just handing them something to sign. He was kind of pissy, but I think that's because he was signing a ton of stuff and it was hotter than hell. Too bad I lost that particular cell phone he signed while on Batwing.
  19. ^Nah, girls are a gay's best friend. If you indeed are from over the rainbow, you'd know this!
  20. ^Good. Everybody should love gurls, straight, gay, bi, TG, whatever. Girls are fun, either way!
  21. Woah, I never realized that there are no women on here that identify as being lesbian. That makes me a SAD panda.
  22. Wait, your teacher got bit by a Recluse? If it's so venemous, how the hell is she still alive?
  23. ^Bill, I wouldn't focus TOO much on that percentage! We can't forget our tiny margin of error (which could work against or for that percentage)!
  24. ^It's hard to make out what kind of lizard that is, but it looks like some sort Skink (then again, I could be wrong). BTW, has/does anyone ever had/have a Uromastyx? My partner and I are trying to breed Malis.
